Handle snapped off

Bought this faucet in a combo with sink 15 months ago. Did not register for the lifetime warranty, our fault but did not see paperwork. Only online? Today the handle snapped off. I love how the faucet works, but quality is certainly questionable. I’m a 67 year old female, so no strong arming was going on.

Love the look and function but handle issue

After a year and a half, the threads on the little handle failed (where you regulate the water temperature and turn the water on and off). Otherwise, I love the look and the function. But what an annoying problem. Now I have to contact the manufacturer to see what we can do.

Don’t buy

We’ve had this faucet for 8 months and the button that switches to a sprayer is already broken. It’s cheaply made out of plastic and when you press it it feels like you’re gonna break it. Spend the extra money and get a nicer one.

Don't Purchase this brand!!!!

Handle broke in the first couple months, then a water line connector broke spraying under the sink, now a year and a half later the flow switch is going bad. Very Cheaply built. Customer service wants to charge me $35 for the part, I am hesitant because of all the problems I have had. Two weeks later the replaced handle breaks, lasted about one year! So Glad I did not sink any more $ into this piece of crap. Don't waste your money, run from this brand!!! Its as durable as a plastic spoon.

Low quality Hight Price

Noticed right away the components were plastic and not sturdy. I had doubts but installed it anyway. The button that switches from stream to spray failed within a few months. The pullout nozzle does not seat into the neck unless you push the two parts together and even then it doesn't stay together majority of the time.

Don’t waste your money

This faucet is beautiful but it doesn’t last. We have only have it for two years and the hose broke and the sprayer will not stay connected to the hose. Of course it is no longer under warranty. I was sent a shady link to purchase a replacement hose that won’t actually fix our issue. Very disappointed in the quality of this faucet and the customer service. Don’t waste your money on this faucet.

Absolutely love this faucet! It was extremely easy to install. I'm a girl in her 20s and managed to do it by myself if that tells you anything, lol. The faucet also comes with long water lines as described in the specifications. I was worried about this since someone else said they had to buy some. I had no issues!
