This is an edit to a previous review. The Mondawe systems look awesome. The support team reached out to us and helped us fix our issue. I would definitely recommend these Mondawe shower systems to everybody. We had this system in our old house and it looked great and worked even better. So, we were quick to purchase these systems for our new house when we redesigned our bathrooms. Everything with these systems is heavy duty and made very well. We would buy these systems again.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - MONDAWE
DO NOT BUY MONDAWE PRODUCTS. we've been waiting months to get an answer about a non-working, leaking mixer valve - we just need to know how to get the part to fix the valve... when they do finally answer their cust support line, they tell you sorry and we will call you back tomorrow and they never call back - for months. they have nobody else to talk to other than 1 customer support girl who can only email their main office in china. ZERO STARS should be an option!!!
