Easy to install. Works fine
Easy to install and it looks nice
A total piece of junk. The screw sticks and the allen wrench provided strips it and the wrench itself. This was a replacement of one that was also faulty. I tried to tell customer service to help them look out for future purchasers, she was TOTALLY dismissive and didn't want to hear it. I tried to also buy screws to fix it and couldn't find help. This experience at Home Depot made me vow to always go to Ace from now on. What a joke this company has become.
I really wanted to like this product but when I put it up to the wall it was made crooked the part you put into the wall wasn't lined up with the ring making an unbalanced look. I will be returning

The screw that helps you adjust via hex wrench seems stuck / immoveable. I plan on returning this product.
