Love my Luxe bidet. I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. It is doing its job very well. Lately I had some issue with the product, after using the product for 11 months and I contacted Luxe and they send me a brand new one without any questions, since it was under extended warranty which they offered for free when I origionally bought the product. I am very pleased with the Luxe company and the product. I am glad that I bought this product and I certainly recommend everyone should buy this which is very effective and give you very satisfying clean sence after use.

Should have gotten one years ago!

Having served in the Navy in SE Asia, Okinawa and Japan in the 70s, I had seen bidets in the rare hotel I would visit. Finally thought about buying one, but I thought the cost would be quite high. Luxe NEO 180 is the right price, easy to install and very nice to use. Happy customer here.

The bidet was quick and easy to install. My skin is sensitive to toilet paper and disposable wipes, the bidet has been a game changer, I wholeheartedly recommend it!

180 is Great. Hot water is over-rated.

The 180 is great! Sure, you don’t get warm water from it but that’s no big deal. Usually you have to run the hot water for a while to get it to you and that’s an unnecessary pain.

Absolutely the best invention ever! My sis sent this to me as a gift and I poo- pood it. It took a few days before my son put it in. Now, I do mot know why I did not know about this invention all my life😲. Everyone should have this on their toilet. I thank my sis immensely for gifting this to me.

Amazing invention

Easy setup. Amazing performance! So glad Luxe has invented such a fantastic device. I don't understand why EVERYONE doesn't invest in this product. The sanitary implications alone make it a no-brainer.

best bidet for the price.

after being in Japan for a week, we were spoiled in using bidets. Everywhere we went, from temple lodgings, restrooms in all public places were the norm. Most had heated seats, warm water, even drying air. So , to have bidets in our home here in California, I found these bidets by Lux on the internet. they seemed to be well priced and had very high ratings. I was given a good discount for being a veteran and senior. My family really likes the 185 plus model.
