It feels well made, it looks nice on the wall, it was easy to install. Having said that, the round part that actually holds the towel doesn't fit in snugly enough that when you pull the towel off it doesn't rotate and make a squeaking noise.

This style caught my eye. This beautiful towel bar hangs proudly in my kitchen. I love the quality and the look of this towel rack. I will definitely purchase more from the set. Thank you!

Very nice-looking towel bar. Somewhat difficult to install because of the tiny set screw that has to be tightened. I also purchased a matching 24-inch towel bar and toilet paper holder and had the same installation issue.

I wanted a towel bar to match the Morning Banbury 8” spread faucet I used with a new vanity. But the partial tab things on the bar itself of this look weird

Great Product

Worked as expected, with good installation instructions. However, the plastic wall anchors are not so good. I substituted easy anchors which are sooo much better. The towel bar itself is great.

Needs bigger clips to hold bar in place

I would have given it a 5 star rating but I think a better design to attach them to the wall would be better. We had ours installed by professionals and they had a hard time Making two extra of them stay on. The piece that attaches to the wall should have a design that the towel bar ends could clip onto easier and with a better fit. Some of them were very hard to get the set screw to hold the towel on. They came down several times and had to be taken down and put back up. It shouldn’t be so difficult to design a piece that the bar ends clip onto easier with a good set screw to hold permanently. I love the design and it’s very good quality.

The towel bar was perfect in our guest bathroom that we are renovating, along with the Mediterranean Bronze faucet, toilet paper roller and light fixture that we got at Home Depot. I especially liked that I was able to find this bar in the 18 inch length, as most bars only come in 24 inches. Our contractor installed all of these with no difficulty. We also ordered the square bronze mirror which is due to arrive shortly. With our deep turquoise walls, burgundy towels and southwestern art, this guest bath will be all that we had hoped. The nickname "Bronzebaffled" had come from the difficulty we had had in matching the variety of bronzes that are available. Some are in various shades of bronze but most are completely black. The online pictures do not necessarily capture this difference, and the name (polished, oiled, champagne, Mediterranean) is no indication. This isn't the fault of Home Depot. If you visit the store first to make sure what you are ordering, you won't be surprised. I highly recommend this product.

Bought it only for the brackets. Needed 30" assembly but none were sold. However a 30" bar was available. So I bought the bar and the cheapest assembly (18") for the brackets to install. Wish all the various parts would be made available.

As Good as Premium Brands

If I rated every purchase excellent, you'd read no further. This towel rack is a Home Depot private label. Therefore if it works, the value is excellent. The quality is every bit as good as the premium brands. Your choices in design may be more limited. But I was pleased with the design I selected. Installation was easy. The package provides a paper template that you can tape to the wall for accuracy in drilling holes for the brackets. I learned that an 18 inch towel rack is not always 18 inches. Let me explain. The premium brand package I initially selected measured 18 inches from the outer edge of the brackets. But the rod provided only 15+ inches for hanging towels. Too short for my purposes. The Home Depot brand measured 18 inches which was essentially the length of the rod for hanging towels. That was a more accurate representation, and that's the usable length I was looking for. Bottom line - - don't pay more than you have to when the quality is not distinguishable from the premium product. And know if you're measuring available space to mount the rack or the towel hanging length that you want.
