package arrived on time and in good shape. But only 24 hrs after installing this bidet I noticed that there is a small leak at the bidet handle. Sorry that I did not read any of the other product reviews as this is the same issue that others have reported. Nice design, but seems like the assembly is not robust or well built. Please avoid this product.

The bracket for holding the toilet seat was insufficient. The seat came off if you twisted on the seat. The choice of sprays was good and the pressure was good.

This is an amazing product. Easy to install and works great! It met all our expectations! My 86 year old Mom loves it!!

Wish I could have unboxed later when I wanted to receive shipment. I had to receive earlier than our new home was completed. Unfortunately items will need to remain boxed until transported to new home. Exception was a new chair that we love so far.

Received bidet is defective. Water started leaking from the bidet handle.

Handle leaks on day one

I really like the functionality of this product. But the handle started leaking 6 hours after I first installed it. Also the t connector provided is not the easiest to attach to the toilet tank. My toilet inlet is hard to reach and it would have been better to provide a t connector with a plastic nut with wings to help you attach it as most supply hoses come with. With the stainless nut it can be hard to thread correctly.

Installs easily with included parts, a crescent wrench, and clear instructions. Works as expected. Good product and price.

Easy to install. Don't like the automatic lid closing when you are trying to sit down on it. Happy with it, other than that.

I am surprised that Kohler hasn’t revised the handle to stop leaks, that are being stated on over 100 reviews over 8 years. I had a plumber install Kohler toilets and these non-electric Bidet seats. Handle started leaking in less than 24 hours on one. Waiting for other one to start leaking. Kohler customer service answers every leak review to email their customer service. How has Kohler resolved these complaints? I am planning to cut bait and get a more reliable brand.

The seat is easy to install and operate. I’m using very little paper now. I wish the control handle made it go side to side also instead of just up and down. For the money, though you can’t beat it I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Seat moved after use every time

The nuts that holes the seat down are not strong enough. The thread nut is made out of plastic.
