Impossible to install

This product is extremely difficult to install. I have installed another brand easily. The video they sent to help with the installation did not match the product. The main problem is that there are multiple settings for the bolt to attach the seat. Supposedly, you can move the seat after it is attached. The parts are plastic and do not move. The only way to adjust it is to take it apart, move it and try again. Frustrating. Additionally, the quick release button did not work.

Top quality, easy installation and works perfectly! Would definitely purchase again.

Misleading description and marginal jet performance

After spending $65 to get it installed, I find out it is Not a heared seat. The water can be heated. Water jets act very slowly and don’t clean as well as other seats I’ve used.

Perfect! Easy to install. Taps into supply line for toilet tank. Temperature and directional options are easy to select. Great product!

Six months in and I am very happy with the bidet. Easy to use and install. I have already recommended it to friends.

I had two versions of this and neither of them worked, I had a plumber to see what I was doing wrong, even though I had installed other brands. It was simply the effective. Thankfully, Wayfair gave me a refund even though I was a little past the time limit

Great value for the price - No frills

Good no frills seat. Great value for the price. At this price point, there is no seat warmer, air dryer, or light. But I like how the control panel doesn't move with the seat up and down, less movement, better reliability. I bought 3, one didn't function, Kohler Customer Care replaced it for free, they are the industry leader in customer service.

It is fantastic. Even better than I thought.

Electrical consumption

Does this unit need a dedicated 20 amp circuit from electrical panel as specs say 15 amps and 1800 watts . If this is true it would require a dedicated line not just adding a outlet off a existing circuit . Thanks

Works well and for a good price.

This works well and was an efficient and economical solution. (We have Toto toilets and their matching seats are much more expensive.) The angle of the seat (raised at the back) seemed odd at first but now we don’t notice it.

Kohler take the good with the bad.

I purchased the product a little over a year ago, and initially was very happy with it. Then I had to remove it to clean under the edge of the unit. There is no "easy release" on this unit. You have to unscrew the bolts underneath and remove the whole unit. I am older and the unit is heavy, so when i lifted it off the toilet it tipped out of my hand and fell 16 inches to the floor. The unit was fine, but the lid cracked in two directions. So I reached out to Kohler to get a replacement lid. Kohler does not make replacement lids for this product. You have to buy a whole new unit for the sake of a $20 part. Since Kohler chooses not support their products and would do nothing for me, I just wanted people to know that they will not be able to get parts or help from Kohler's customer service and will have to replace this costly item!!!

The nozzle angle is bad. Unless I seat on the edge of the seat it does not hit the right area! There are better bidets with more functions such as heated seat, self-cleaning, remote control etc., at a lower price than $330 I paid for this. Unfortunately, I needed beige/biscuit color to match the toilet and there was hardly anything to choose from.

the greatest invention ever. i just had my shoulder replaced and my toilet seat replaced with this bidet. it's so easy to install and has been completely helpful in my recovery.

Very Nice Toilet Seat Upgrade

Very Nice addition to the toilet . Easy conversion. Hardest part is most bathrooms don't have a GFI Outlet, so call to electrician is necessary.
