MISSING PIECE
I love the Hansgrohe product. I ordered six of the Hansgrohe bathroom accessories including the towel ring. The product is very well made with heavy material. I would give the product a 5 star but the company itself not even a 1 star. I ordered these items in advance since some were hard to find and were low on stock. By the time, my contractor could complete the remodel of our master bath and hang the accessories, did we discover it had a missing piece. A very essential piece, the plate cover. After reaching out to Faucetdirect they would not permit returning since I had ordered in May and did not discover it until October.
