Broken on arrival - they make you go to store

Poorly packaged, broken, won't let me ship it back
The round finals came pre-attached. The weight of the iron rod was on the plastic threads of finals and one of them cracked. Lowes wants me to bring it to the store even though I ordered it online, which would mean taking two busses. They need to put the unattached finals in a box within the larger box so the iron rods wont break them.
Nice but for heavier drapes not strong enough
I like the color & style but wish it was stronger at the extended length. I fortunately only put up sheers at either end but it wouldn't hold a heavier drape when extended in the middle.

Wrong Color Finials Received
I paid a couple of dollars more for the Matte Bronze finish and the package I received was labeled Matte Bronze, but the finials inside were entirely matte black with no bronze highlights as shown in website product photo. The difference is not important to me, so I will not be returning the item, but be forewarned if it is important to you. As a positive note - the item arrived well-packaged to prevent damage to the finials or rods.

Decent curtain rods
These are pretty and relatively easy to install, they just came chipped and seem fragile for what they are.
Works just perfect in our room, had issues with the delivery but HD took care of that and we finally got the whole rod and ends.
Ordered one double rod and 2 single. Received the double. Cannot open because I have to return it. I ordered the matching singles 2x and both times Walmart canceled my orders. So now I don’t have matching rods for 3 windows.
