This stuff appears to be nothing more than a water based floor wax.

I baught a new home . The shower was made from a fake shower board looked nice but started to get soap build up on grout. I cleaned it up and applied this on I believe i put three coats . Easy to put on and worked great .

This product seals stone and tile against moisture of all types and dries to a clean finish.
Our slate tile patio was in bad shape. Last paid a contractor to clean and seal for hundreds of dollars. Doing it myself save me $. Used a garden sprayer sponge mop and apply several coats. Came out great. It will be a yearly project
I consider this a good product. I used the matte finish for two coats but didnt like the look so I put two coats of gloss finish on top and it came out fine.

Gave the tile a darker, deeper, richer color. The floor looks 100 times better with the sealer than without.

Awesome product, easy to use! Made a huge difference in the appearance of my slate floor. 1/2 gallon was perfect for 2 coats on 800sq ft. Don't bother with other products that are toxic and slimy.
