Excellent Towel Rack

Looks perfect in our bathroom. It is very sturdy and well-crafted.

Got this for our family bathroom after reading it was "solid brass" and figured it would hold up well to our young kids. The brass could handle water/wet towels, and if it's solid, it likely won't be bent, scratched etc. Shipping was fast, but when the item got here, it didn't feel solid at all. The two towel bars are hollow tubes, and certainly don't feel/look like solid brass. They look more like brass-coated aluminum or steel. I'm not going to intentionally scratch or gouge them to check the material, but it feels cheaper than I was expecting. For $225, I was hoping for a bit more. Otherwise, it looks great and was easy enough to mount on the wall.

Awesome product. Looks great. Wide enough to spread a large towel. Very solidly build. I've had it now for a few years and it still looks new.

This arrived damaged and looks like a cheap plastic towel bar. I can’t believe it looks so cheap considering the price. Sad I had to return it but Shelby in customer service was awesome about it.

Spray Painted

We didn't notice anything about faux finishes. We selected satin nickel and received sturdy items, but spray painted.

beautiful and worthwhile

Very classy looking but a bit difficult to install the bars at first. Would highly recommend for a great looking towel bar that's not plain looking.

Bath towel bar

Looks great but the metal gauge on the bar it's self should be thicker for such a long bar. The bar is a large diameter which allows for good air circulation and really helps dry wet towels. This is my second bath remodel using the same towel bar along with the 18" hand towel bar and the look is great.

Double towel bar

Nice product but took very long time to come.

Love the style and the options for finishes but this overpriced. The mounting brackets are just stamped metal, it could easily be pulled off the wall. I expected a much more heavy duty bracket and overall higher quality at this price point. Returned.

Made in USA very important feature. Heavy and well made so should last and not tarnish like ones from hardware stores do.
