Not a Perfect Rectangle

Ordered my BOCCHI Contempo Step-Rim Farmhouse sink from Lowe's for my kitchen remodel. Upon delivery, I checked it for cracks (as other reviewers mentioned) and happy to report it looked great! Then I unpacked it further to try out the accessories. The colander only fit on the far ends, not able to slide from one side to the other, getting stuck in the middle. The roll out rack didn't fit well towards the center of the sink, it was too tight and had to be pushed in. The cutting board fit fine all the way across. I then measured the sink. The middle/width was 1/4" narrower than the ends, enough to where 2/3 of the accessories weren't fitting. I researched online to determine if this was a defect but couldn't find any support. I even went to the BOCCHI website and filled out their form TWICE looking for advice, never got a response. And I couldn't find a phone number to call.

My client loves the look and feel of this sink.

Arrived cracked in half

Ordered this for a customer, delivered to the cabinet maker to ensure the install was correct and when we opened the box the entire sink has cracked in half. The packaging was in pristine condition, it did not crack during delivery. Very frustrating and will set our cabinets back at least 2 weeks for the customer

Beautiful and durable

This is a beautiful apron front sink. The accessories are fantastic but even without them it’s size and functionality is terrific. It is very easy to clean (even if left overnight) and catches everyone’s eye when they walk in the kitchen. I don’t know why other sinks are so expensive. This one is perfect and at a reasonable price point. If you are installing marble or other stone counters, an apron front sink will avoid the eyesore of wear over time on the stone at the front of the sink. I included a photo of a large colander and pasta pot for perspective on how spacious and functional it is. :)

I emailed the company with a question before purchasing it and received a quick reply, which was great. Very happy with this sink! Shipping was fast and contractor reported no issues when installing.

Beware Manufacture Defects

Ordered first sink which came with multiple cracks on the bottom of the sink. Had to return it. We tried again, ordering the same sink which again came with cracks but even worse than the first time. We returned it. Ordered Ruvati fireclay sink and it was absolutely flawless! Spend the extra money for Ruvati. It’s worth it.

I ordered it in white and it looks off white borderline light beige. Beautiful

Love It

I love the size of the sink and looks perfect in my farmhouse kitchen

We’ve only had our new sink installed for a few short weeks, but so far we are pleased with it. We love how deep the sink is and all the step rim accessories. It seems sturdy, but time will tell. We also love the grate in the bottom that comes with sink. The only very slight complaint would be that the sink doesn’t have much of a slope towards the drain. It’s not really a huge deal, but things would clear out of the sink a little easier if it did. Manor House Sinks were very easy to deal with.

Gorgeous sink and incredible customer service!

This sink is absolutely gorgeous! We decided to renovate our kitchen and this sink is the main focus point (we get comments on it all the time!) The customer service was the best that I’ve ever experienced and it came sooner than expected. It’s my favorite thing in our kitchen. Love it!

So Beautiful

This sink is just beautiful. I had to wait a while due to shipping delays but it was absolutely worth the wait & did arrive by the time I needed. The matte finish is so nice and just gives the sink a timeless look. My accessories were not all in the original packing but Manor House customer service took care of that quickly and efficiently. I am beyond pleased with my sink and experience with Manor House.

Careful - color review only for now

Sink has not been installed yet, we are in new construction now. However, this sink appears promising. The COLOR is a bit misleading. I’ve been told by color specialist this is “electric purple”, when a blue cup is placed next to the sink it appears very purple, when a purple cup is placed next to the sink it appears more blue. I would not call it blue sapphire at all though. I’m not upset with having the sink appear more purple. Picture and name of color is a bit deceiving. Maybe lighting will make a difference. I will update once we have sink installed.
