Bad quality

Scratches easily and isn’t sturdy. The curtain rods bounce around because the metal is so weak

Item arrived late. Upon opening they included the wrong pieces . Attemted to correct to no avail . only option per store was to return and arder again .

Flimsy

I was sent the completely wrong product in a different color. And it came bent and unusable, with the ends askew and scratched up. Extremely disappointed and will be returning.

Rods bend - do not buy

Do not buy these. They do not hold the weight that is detailed in the description of 25 lbs. Our curtains and clips in total weigh 12 lbs. and the rods are bending at that weight. Very dissatisfied.

NOT gold toned

I ordered gold rods, what was delivered is a dull gray silver. These will be retuned.

Drape rods

These are very lovely. Muted, classic, simple. It will take two people to put these up. I have extremely heavy lined drapes on them and had to beef up the mounts. But I love the rods. I would recommend them.

Arrived undamaged, but packed poorly by the company in unmarked pieces of other boxes just taped together. The do look nice and the poles are thick. However, the brackets are thin and stick too far out. They are currently bending downward with a set of thermal drapes and a thin sheer on them. They stick 6 inches out from the wall with the first bar being 3 inches out. This lets in too much light and renders our thermal drapes useless. I wouldn’t buy these again, but if all you want is a good looking set of curtain rods and don’t have heavy drapes, this could be a winner.

Great curtain rod

Great rod for the price. Something to be aware of, if you need the rod extended to its max size, it is slightly flimsy and can get sort-of wonky as the inner rod is a thinner lightweight metal compared to the outer rods.

Not strong enough to handle two curtain panels

I haven't had these rods up for even a year and they are bent. Do not buy

Rods & brackets are extremely thin and cheap appearing. My rods are wanting to bend at the weight of my curtains & the brackets are trying to pull out of the wall. I have only had them up for two weeks. Would NOT buy again!

Package arrived damaged and missing parts. Rods were good quality and looks good.

Curtain Rods

Liked the style, but didn't realize the finials were plastic when I purchased. Returned immediately. I have purchased other styles from the same company & they were fully metal and great quality.
