Lovely! Much cuter than then finial choices in our local stores. Mounting hardware was decent quality and the rod is strong.

Zero Quality Control

I bought three. One came in with all pieces. Two were missing extension rod. I sent them back and reordered two more. One replacement came with missing extension rod. The other replacement was a completely wrong rod, black with different look. I returned everything. Quality control is non existent! Too bad because the rod is pretty.

Great quality. Sturdy. I have four panels on one rod! Beautiful design. I’d buy again and recommend 1010!

Horrible

Ordered (4) rods total. All four shipped in their own box. Two boxes arrived missing the end of the box and I have ONE of TWO rods in each box. One box, FULLY SEALED and STILL missing one of the two rods and the parts bag....So, I have one possibly usable rod when I needed four total and get to find time to return to the store before the included Kohls cash bonus expires and not be able to get a full refund for several boxes of trash.

Wrong item 3 times.

I don’t think target has anymore of the gold color in this style. I have ordered THREE times and never received the item pictured. This is what I received.

Poor Quality Assurance

The product itself is of decent quality. However, I ordered for size 66"-120. Each rod is suppposed to have an extender, but instead of two extenders and four end pieces, I was provided with one extender and 5 end pieces making one of the rods impossible to put together. The manufacturer contact information is not listed anywhere. Kohls chat was useless in helping provide it, telling me to "search it up." So I have to fully uninstall all the brackets and anchors, so that I can return the item.

Wrong product shipped.

I bought 2 of these . I had one for 2 years and i bought one recently. They look great with my curtains . They are sturdy with a beautiful silver finish that did not loose its shine.

Very nice curtain rod. Looks way more expensive than it is. Adjusts nicely but stays in place. Strong enough to hold a heavy velvet curtain but light enough to not need a stud. Very happy!

Arrived damaged

Box looked like it went through a war when it arrived. Looked like it was torn in half, and massive amount of tape holding it together. The item inside was all scratched up and damaged. Returned and ordered from another store

the piece that is supoosed tp go in the middle to extend the rod was supposed tp bw thinner in order to fit inside but it was actually the same size as one half of the rod. and thw other half of the rod was thinner. so i was not able to attatch the middle rod. was so disappointed.

Not as Advertised but Still Good - So Far!

This product does not come as advertised. I bought 6 but had to return 1 because it was delivered severely damaged. I got the other 5 home and began installation a week later only to discover that there aren't 4 finials for each but only 2. So someone, somewhere is either stealing the finials or the manufacturer is guilty of false advertising!! The product appears sturdy and is quite nice but the lack of the additional advertised finials is a bummer!! I'll be contacting Lowe's and/or the manufacturer for clarification!

Great color, good rods. Mind weak holders.

Rods are excellent! Beautiful silver color, the only downside was rods holders from the box are not great for heavy fabric, yes, the stopping screws can scratch the rods. For light curtains those would be satisfactory. I’ve used the other ones, more durable with soft plastic untiscratching pads from Lowe’s.

Missing pieces.

I ordered five of these curtain rods to match throughout my house but I had to use parts from one of them to make them long enough for my large picture window and the patio door. Now I am short one curtain rod. At over $50 a piece, that is totally unacceptable.

I like them but I wish the screws for the hardware were dark bronze. Instead they are your regular silver screw color and it stands out because there's a bracket in the center that the drapes don't cover. Other than that they are very attractive and nice.

Good quality rod. It took a long time to arrive.

I like the curtain rods.

The curtain rods do the job and were easy to install. They look nice, although there were a few dings/scratches in places. Hence the reason for losing one star. Still, it's not noticeable once they're up and you can't beat the price. I'd buy again.
