These are durable and functional. I actually bought them to cover a toaster oven handle that gets too hot to touch when the toaster oven is on and they work just fine for that purpose.

A little heavy for the smaller pans so they don't sit on the stove properly when this is on. Otherwise these are perfect and handy to avoid grabbing the hot handle while cooking.
