Unusable

The bar arrived nicely packaged and undamaged, however when we tried to install it we found the brackets the manufacturer included wouldn't work. They don't fit. The price is excellent but you get what you pay for - an un-usuable item. We're going to return it and hope we can find something to match the toilet paper holder which was easily installed since it came with the correct brackets. Won't buy from this manufacturer again and suggest no one else does.

I could easily give this 5 stars, but this (like all this stuff) gives you the junkiest wall hanging hardware. All they need do is provide us with a decent plastic insert that is appropriately sized. The stuff included is too small to be effective over time

This double towel bar was exactly what we needed for the tight space in our master bath. It holds two bath sheets and they are separated enough that the towels get dry. The time it took to arrive was ridiculously long.

This is a great towel bar for our master en-suite. We use large towels and this holds them well without needing to cinch. Although inexpensive, this piece has really upgraded the look of the bathroom and is very quality and classy.

The item arrived in a badly damaged box and while it appeared to be ok, upon installation it was found to have been bent a bit. The rack is very nice otherwise but the bend cannot be removed at home without further damage. Better shipping container is needed.

when i received first time , it was nice and fit very well. so i ordered anotherone, and i had hard time installing it. it was not fitting properly,so i called and asked for replacement and they did. Second one had a same issue. i would not buy this product again. Customer Service was very good.
