The Perfect Bookcase

I searched for a real-wood bookcase that was reasonable priced, and this one fit the bill and looks great in the nursery. The style and workmanship is perfect.

I tried to assemble this shelf and it completely fell apart. The frame is particle board and when trying to get the pieces to slide into place as instructed, the pressure was enough to make the side completely rip off. Now I can’t even finish putting it together. And I’ve had enough experience with this company to know that I will not likely see replacement parts any time soon, as I have been waiting 3 weeks for some pieces to be replaced on another item I had an issue with. Their wood pieces are great, but their particle board pieces fall apart way too easily.

Very happy with product and service

The bookshelf was easy to put together and the quality is actually better than expected! We purchased this with a bunk bed and it matched perfectly. Our initial order was damaged during shipping however customer service was great and a replacement was shipped immediately. I'm really impressed with Max & Lily and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

This is okay. It took some time to be put together and many of the piece already had some scratches/ cracks/ splits so I am not sure exactly how sturdy it will be overtime. Also you are kinda forced to place the shelves to cover the back seams so then any taller books won’t necessarily fit well.
