This is so cute and I wanted to love it but the hinge screws aren’t big enough and the wood is so cheap that the screws stripped not even 2 min after using it we tried to glue it but then that broke off two weeks later ripping the finish off. We have to leave the lid open or my son will slam his fingers trying to lift it

Super cute and functional toy chest. It was super easy to put together. The lid stays up so little fingers don’t get smashed as easy. However, when the lid comes down, be careful with your little ones it does close kind of hard.
