Don’t think twice about Max and Lilly

Excellent quality kids room furniture, we got the full size bunk beds to coordinate. I spent months and months before deciding to buy as I wanted to make sure I was buying quality furniture that would last, so glad I took the leap and should’ve listened to my sister in La for referring me in the first place!

Perfect sized Bookcase

Cute and nice sized bookshelf. Packaging was ok had some damage to the corner but by the time I noticed everything was unboxed and had begun assembly. We weren’t going to take it apart and attempt to get it back in the box to have it shipped back. More hassle than it’s worth.Instructions were simple and clear. I had this book shelf assembled by myself within 45 mins that’s including unboxing and organizing time.

Mostly solid wood

Most of this is solid wood except the backboard. There are guides on the back to nail into to the frame but some are a bit off and I ended up making a few holes in the backboard.

Disappointed

Quality is not on par with other Max and Lily products. We ordered this shelf because we have been happy with our past Max and Lily purchases as we have been converting our daughter’s room from a nursery to toddler room.

Our shelves are sturdy and were easy to assemble. They arrived well protected. I recommend buying Max and Lily products.

Damaged

Can I please get a replacement? Just took out of the box and the corner is damaged.

Terrible construction and incredibly long wait

We bought a dresser and this bookshelf. We waited over a month to receive our products and the construction on both of these was so bad that we couldn't even put them together. The dresser top was split all the way down. The green tabs that slide into the side walls, on both products, weren't installed correctly and ended up splitting the wood. Max & Lily's construction choice on these two products is mind boggling. These were both terrible and we would not buy from Max & Lily again.

Want to love it but dresser came damaged

Dresser came with a damaged front corner that is very visible. One of the pieces the drawer slides into also came damaged. Nightstand and bookcase came without significant damage. We like that all pieces have very little smell and we hope this makes for a healthier bedroom for our daughter. Would be great to have a solution for the damaged pieces.

Perfect grey bookcase!!

Needed somewhere to store my books from college, and I’m going with a grey furniture theme for my house. I looked everywhere to find the same color grey as my tv stand and couldn’t find one anywhere! Finally found this one and it’s the same color!! Nice and thin, adjustable shelves, worked out perfect!
