So far so good.

I ordered two sets. I've only assembled one so far. It was straightforward. Packaged well. I wish the screws had been separated instead of coming in one big bag but that's very minor.

Easy to put together.

This only took my husband and I 3.5 hours to put together.....and that is QUITE an accomplishment!

Not for adults

Nice bunk beds. Delivery was just ok. That may be a carrier issue. One came with the outside pretty banged up. The carriers seem to expect 1 employee to be able to maneuver them alone, which is absurd. One set had a couple pieces with cosmetic damage. The manufacturer did replace. However, it did take around 2 weeks. We bought 2 sets as backup for extra company thinking they would be ok for adults also. Not really that practical for adult company. The ladder is a little awkward. There is a weird extra step between what would seem to be a normal step which makes it hard to put your foot between and we found that it sort of tripped you up. Also, the space where one passes through on the top bunk is very narrow. I think it would be ok for young, small children. However, for an average size adult, it is very narrow. We also had to add bunkie boards because the mattress would poke through when someone was on it- the people were not overweight either. Summation, nice quality, not for adults, and buy bunkie boards

Horrible Chemical Odor

Purchased two twin over twin bunk beds on 7/09/2024 and promptly unpacked all of the parts when they arrived. We immediately noticed they had a horrible chemical odor so we let them air out for 10 days in the garage and wiped every part down to try help it subside. This had no affect on the smell. This is unacceptable coming from a company that claims to be "non-toxic and low VOC." Customer Service has been very slow in responding and has been addiment in dismissing our claims. We even offered to sell the one we had started to assemble via private party (taking the loss) and send back the one that was still in the original packaging. Their response was to accept the return but charge us for return shipping ($61) and deduct a 10% restocking fee. I would strongly recommend looking at other companies and we certainly would never buy another product from Max & Lily again.

Beauty and the Beast

The twin over twin " Natural" bunkbeds are beautiful. The wood is high quality. Unfortunately, the problem we had was incorrect as well as missing sized screws and hardware for assembly. Because the holes are precut, a customer cannot purchase replacement screws locally. They must come from the manufacturer, in this case Max and Lilly. The assembly manual is extremely complex and on some pages, misleading. These issues caused delays, as well as extreme frustration for us as the customer. We were remodeling a room to make a bedroom for our grandchildren. Because our grands live out of state and only visit once a year, we were on a timeline to ready the room. My suggestion is for Max and Lilly to verify needed hardware before shipping. It would also be helpful to simplify the assembly instructions. If we had known how complex assembly was, we would have hired professionals for completion. We finally accomplished completion, but it was a nightmare. Again, quality and beauty is top notch, but you can get high quality and it means nothing if you don't get correct parts to put the item together. Thank you.

Lovely bed

Love the bed for the most part! Came with all the pieces and wood work was great. I only gave a 4 because putting it together the head and footboard plates were so annoying and kept moving. But once I figured them out the rest was very easy.

Let's Have A Sleep Over At The Armours

Max and Lily really over did it with there excellent full size bunk bed sets. I had know idea that bunk bed sets come full sizes in addition to that the bunks can be separated when needed. my grandchildren and great grandchildren are really enjoying their new beds. thank-you bed bath & beyond

Big Bunk

We used these beds in our airbnb and they have been great. We were looking for some bigger bunk beds that would hold more weight. They have held up great over the past year.

Parcel got delivered at wrong place and they told us to go and search for it and bring it in your own car or wagon as they can't help us track and deliver it to our home.

Love our new bunk beds! They feel sturdy, look great, and weren’t too complicated to put together. It’d probably be a little difficult to assemble yourself, but with two people we finished it quickly. We did opt for the extra slat roll for the bottom bed, as that’s where more people will likely sit. Some extra support felt a little better to me.

The quality of the bed seemed in great condition when unboxed. It is a bit creaky after a while. It was difficult to put the ladder in without hurting the wood.
