This is what you buy if you need to replace a sink in a rental unit. Its "budget" all the way - no where near a high-end product. The 18 gauge steel feels more like plastic than steel. The bowl is only 8.5 inches deep and not practical for a serious kitchen. It feels small and has the personality of - well - a kitchen sink. It's prone to staining - especially if you leave other metal (or even dishes) items in the sink for any period of time. You get what you pay for.

I purchased a Toll Brothers home and they used this sink and it has a defect. The sink streaks and impossible to remove them. Very unhappy with this product.

Due to counter size constraints, I was very limited on which sink I could use. I narrowed my choice down to this one and love it. It is very deep, which is wonderful, and it also has a nearly flat bottom, which is extra nice. The high-quality stainless cleans up beautifully. It's not as large as I would like, but a larger sink was not an option so I'm grateful that this one was available. It's a great sink.
