Component storage like in the old days

I have been looking all over for one of these. Mostly used comes up on the internet or a small one at stores. This one is perfect. I added wheels on mine instead of the feet it came with.

Avoid at all costs

1) the finishing looks cheap.

Assembled stand was not sturdy swayed side-to-side

The assembly was not easy. Once assembled the stand swayed from side to side. It was cheaper for me to improvise (added a piece of wood between the two sides) to make it sturdy then to return.

The cable management is just a huge hole up the middle of the back of the unit which the photos somehow conceal. The schematic shows the holes at about 20% of their real size. They are also not oriented where the shelves end up sitting. I had to put black cardboard over the rest of the opening.

The best out there.Sturdy and clean looking.You have to attach the back boards for strength and obvious construction technique.I would like to see more holes for the pegs holding the shelves. Also a stop for the shelving sliding on the pegs when the Rack is moved.I looked forever and to me this is the best Audio Rack around.

Nice unit. Keep in mind. In order to give it support, you must attach the rear panels. Otherwise, it will be wobbly. And forget the shelf pins that come with it. Get the ones at Home Depot. They work better. The shelf fell down twice on me as I was trying to attach the rear connections on the stereo
