I bought the wrong size as the ad gave only the model number, not the diameter.

So, I need to return my recent purchase and get the size that fits my machine. The diameter is 5".

It’s amazing how dirty the filters are when I need to replace them. I have a dog and live in the country so it gets dusty. I found these Medifyair air purifiers at my Opthomologists office. Decided to order one and I’m glad I did.

Good filter but shipping package needs to be better

Have a subscription for MA14 filters. Last shipment the box was ripped and the filter was damaged in shipment and UPS delivery person told me to reject it. Contacted Medify Air and was sent a replacement. The box for the replacement also arrived ripped but the filter was OK. Need better shipping packaging.

Lower quality filters

It used to contain a lot of charcoal. Now it looks like it has zero. This is a change over the last few years as prices rose with inflation. I would have not bought the system if I knew the quality of your filters would reduce. Very disappointing.

I love Medify Air purifiers, I have four of them, different sizes for different rooms. This filter is used in a 150sq/ft bedroom and it keeps my house clean in addition to the MERV 13 air scrubber on the HVAC system and another MERV 13 filter in a whole house commercial Dehumidifier attached to that system as well. Nothing beats clean aor. Nothing beats MedifyAir
