MA-25

I think it is the perfect size filter. One on top of the chest in our bedroom, one in the kitchen, 2 in the living room. Mine run continuously at low or medium speed. Multiple smaller filters filter the air better in a large room than 1 large floor filter and are quieter.

low quality

You must have changed manufacturer or the quality of the materials used because these filters are see through, and I already feel like they need replaced. I've spent a lot of money on these machines and the filters are very expensive as well, and I expect top quality, for the top quality price you charge. These filters were not good quality. I feel like getting new machines elsewhere, I'm that unhappy with what was sent to me.

Changed!

I purchased 3 MA 25 one for me some for family. Now the filters have changed. The outer front and back, it's apparent that Medify swapped out for cheaper materials. Maybe the main is the same but the rest quality has clearly gone down but charging us the same price.

Breathing cleaner air!

New filters give us the assurance of breathing clean air. We have an old house next to a busy village street used by commuters. So glad we purchased a Medify Air Purifier!

Wrong filter was shipped.

It can be so hard to get the right filter for my humidifier. So many sizes and the description for these filters causes you to select the wrong filter. I think sometimes you dont even carry the correct filter.

I have been using my air purifier for about a year now and absolutely love it and the filters. We have a home that can't have plants upstairs because of curious kitties, so this helps a ton! The great price helps too!

Lots of unanswered questions after replacing filter

Since new filter replacement I’ve noticed an unknown smell that fills my room. I followed the instructions for replacing filter, but a ‘yellow’ light comes on/MA 25 unit then goes out

From one allergy user to another

I love my Medify Air purifiers. I have two. Sometimes I need both of them in the same room because of the smoky air from wildfires and neighbors' barbeques. Enjoy taking a deep breath without coughing. Thanks.

Location of MEDIFY AIR

I have my newest MEDIFY AIR located in my 24 foot motorhome. I hope to travel soon. Maybe to the east coast, put feet into the Atlantic Ocean. Then I can say from coast to coast, include the Gulf of Mexico. That will be good. My MEDIFY AIR will be a large part of my health. To remain a healthy traveling old 72 year Man.

Shipping damage

My filters would have been great, but were damaged in shipping so I had to attempt to straighten them before use. Of course where they tried to put the box back together, they taped the filter as well 🙄. Too much trouble to send back so I am making them work. May end up getting a purifier with a washable filter so I don’t have to worry about this happening again.

The filters arrived in one

The filters arrived in one piece. They fit in the machines, and I was able to install them in the machines effortlessly. My second machine is making a small noise, which attribute to the fan. The machine sits level. I will look into the challenge.

Supply of air filters.

Purchased an initial supply of filters due to large discount offered. Have yet to use them, however, I am enjoying the air purifier I purchased thru National Grid. I appreciate the offer they gave to purchase. Clears air on 3 levels with hepa filter.

Love Using the Filter Club!

I really love my air purifier and how easy it is to order refill filters. I like ordering the 2 pack and having a set ready to change before my next order comes in. The subscription is a nice option to have. I've been using my Medify Air Purifier for 3.5 years now and love it. So glad we made the purchase for an air purifier, and we take it everywhere we go! (traveling, visiting family, work)

Glad to have a Walmart around

I liked that they were exactly what I wanted. In between my first purchase of this product and yesterday's purchase I tried to buy a second one resulting in two additional filters: one too large for me to use in the unit I purchased and a second filter way too small. I am so glad Walmart sent me on that was just the right size. Thank you.

Great customer Service

Twice I had problems with shipment. Both times Medify reps were able to fix it quickly. They listened well and I tend to be a rambler. I love this product. Have them in all my rooms. Two thumbs up. Been using for over a year. Makes huge difference in air quality. Thanks

I like to keep the air clean in my toddlers room and medify air proves to be the best. I ha e various purifiers throughout the home and this always leaves the air smelling crisp and clean. I know that my child is breathing well and that keeps me at peace (noticeable reduction in her getting sink since placing it in her room).

Excellent filter system

It's very comforting to know that I have two of these filters running full time in my single story 1,440 square foot house. I keep the dual pane windows closed because "fresh air" is vastly overrated. My allergies are practically non-existent and my visitors appreciate the filtered air I provide for them.

Excellent Product and Service

I have had MA 25 and MA 40 units in my home for a couple of years. They circulate and clean the air. i loved my units so much that I gave them as gifts to my children and other family members for the holidays. All of us are pleased with how clean, odor free our living spaces are. Seems to help those with allergies. I buy the filters and the quality and service of the company is excellent.It is easy to speak with a live person if needed and I get responses to questions and concerns, if I have them, quickly. Received filters in good condition.

Received filters in good condition. The air purifier continues to work to perfection. Recently had a lot of work done in the house, and the air purifiers were all placed in the living quarters on the second floor. Although proper preparations/precautions were taken to protect living areas from dust, it was amazing how much dust escaped. Luckily the air purifiers absorbed the dust. I had never seen the filters so "dirty" in just a week's worth of having replaced the new filters. I was happy to say I had extras on hand.
