I installed several of these hooks on mirrors to hold hand towels and another on the glass shower enclosure to hold a towel near the door. They work very well and are similar to the new faucets in the bathrooms and shower.

The one drawback of all the Command products is the lack of chrome products. They all seem to be brushed nickel.

Nice look that matches brushed nickel hardware and faucets in our bathroom. We use this hook next to our sink to hang and organize hair ties and such but also have other metal command hooks through our home to hang heavier things from as well. Very nice looking, dependable, make sure surface is clean and they will stay up for years, and hold more than they are rated!

It is heavy duty and attractive AND you can remove it without damaging your wall and put it on another wall if you want to without worry. We use it to hang purses and dog leashes on inside our coat closet. We are thinking we need to get another one to hang an electric broom on to get it off the floor since our coat closet doubles as a storage area for it. Highly functional at a great price point!

Command hooks are incredible for anything you want to hang on your walls at home. Bought this particular one to put on bedroom door for wife to hang her bathrobe. Past experience with these; very easy to apply and very easy to take down, no holes, and no residue left on any surface. Make sure to get the lbs rating for what you need and you'll never have any problems. When & if we plan to rearrange the house or move I know these can be easily removed and reinstalled in a new place.

Impossible to follow instructions

The instructions say "remove red liner", there is no red liner, only a blue one and a black and white one. Fortunately the black and white one says "wall side" which provides a clue. The instructions then go on to say "remove hook" well, I know I'm just a weak female but I tried sliding the hook off the mounting base when not attached, with no luck, so I tried fixing it then sliding it off (thinking it might be because I had to press down when it wasn't attached) and it will not budge! I shall leave it for 24 hours and hope for the best, then look for my review to see if 3m are honest enough to include negative as well as positive ones. It cost me £7.99!

I live in an apartment and we are not allow to put screws into the walls to hang up curtains. I have tried and tried to get the curtains hung but even after using a stud finder, I was still not able to hang up the curtains that I have due to the nails pulling out the walls. So I was looking at my options and I had used one of the smaller hooks to hand up my calendar. I look at the bigger hooks and thought " what if I use these to hand my curtains". They do not damage the walls and are easily removed. So I purchase the decorative nickel hooks and low and behold not only do they hold my curtains they are very attractive with my curtain rods. I am so glad I thought about them. Now, I know that if I ever move that I will be able to take down the curtains and no damage to the walls. Thanks 3m
