The mailbox is well painted and was a perfect replacement for our older mailbox. I had no problems installing the mailbox on the existing post. The door is a little hard to close but seals well. Over all it’s an excellent mailbox.

The door on the mailbox was so tight we had to bend the latch to get it operational. Also, it was smaller than I expected, but I should have looked at the dimensions before ordering. All in all, its OK but I would not order again.

Pretty good for a cheap mailbox, if you are looking for a high quality one this is not for you.

I like the mailbox because it is well built and green color fits any home.

The package came without 4 parts, hardware and installation instructions. I want to return the item. The return process included reporting if parts are missing. The website didnt work properly, and after 4 times of entering the information to no avail, I gave up and contacted customer service. The customer service texted back and forth for 4 hours, requesting more and more additional information. Mind you, the texting isnt free. How much will it cost me to make this return, I wonder Its absolutely ridiculous. Next time, Ill think twice before ordering from this website.

Handle slightly damaged.

The opening handle was bent and scraped. The box is beautiful other than that.

The Mailbox was the right size and very durable material.

Exactly as expected!

The unit came in a perfect box but the sides weren't attached properly.

This box replaces a very similar one that simply wore out. Generally, it's fine; but the flange that holds the door to the body seems not so robust as the one on its predecessor.

The mailbox was a quality product BUT the accessory mounting plate was not good. The mounting plate would not work for my application because I have 2 mailboxes with a small space between them on the same post platform. For my application it was MUCH easier to mount a 1X6” board to the post platform & then screw the mailbox to the 1X6’ board using the mounting holes provided in the side of the mailbox. I also put one screw in the back end of the mailbox to keep it from lifting. It works great & I used stainless steel screws so they won’t rust.and it looks good.

Exactly like the one I have and needing to match. Way better experience this time. It’s perfect and had a great delivery as well
