I picked up this shower wall and drove it 2 hours to the job site only to open it up and find it cracked. Loaded it back up and drove to the closest Lowe’s and exchanged it for another one. Drove it an hour back to the job site to find that one cracked. Loaded it up and drove back to Lowe’s. Exchanged it again. Opened it up to verify not cracked. Built a platform for it to sit on. Tied it to he platform with rope. Then ratchet strapped the platform to the truck and it still cracked but luckily this crack was not in a spot to effect the drainage of the water.

Slight modification needed with non-sterling pan

This surround has little tabs on the bottom to insert into a Sterling pan, so to make it work, we cut off the tabs to make it work for a non-Sterling shower pan.

this product has a vertical crack in the bottom and the finish is defective. it was brought out to my truck in an open box. i think you pawn your defective products off on handicapped people for whom its a burden to return to the store

Design made it difficult to add grab bars, wall was solid, shelves are good

34”x48”x75” shower unit

First problem apparently the factory did a patch job on drai hole, back side, couldn’t install drain. Exchanged for 2nd basin, now the cut out is off center with the dish out of the drain, decided to use, but I’d say no quality control wherever it’s made. Don’t expect any more problems since I’ve dry fitted the sides ahead of time.
