The chair comes in a box with absolutely no packing anywhere to protect the chair. First chair fell out of box and was filthy and the legs were missing. Box was just taped up and delivered. Second chair looks like something landed on it. With no protection other than the flimsy cardboard-beware.

I absolutely love this chair! This is the second one I have purchased and I will continue to do so. The color and style is perfect for my home office which I work out of full time. The only downside is that the ball bearings come out of the wheels and then the wheels fall off. I purchased the extended warranty and just put a claim in for a new chair or bottom piece when needed. Super easy!! I think you can also switch the wheels out with something different but the warranty is better for when the cushion starts to wear.

Super cute! Love the color and appearance. Noisy when I move around. Possibly won’t last long. But wasn’t expensive either. Hoping to get a year out of it.

Update I’m so disappointed with this purchase. The padding on the chair has completely flattened in just a couple months and now the small ball bearings are all falling out of the wheels. Grease has gotten on my carpet and the chair is just overall terrible.

[Rewarded Review] Go with something that will last

The chair itself is comfy however after purchasing, I've been noticing little metallic balls that fall off of it. I got it in late September, it's now mid-June and 2 of the wheels have fallen off. I don't know if I recommend this since it was kind of pricey and didn't even last a year.

Upholstery and fabric were excellent. However the base was not designed properly. You can only sit upright and there is no allowance for sitting back. The adjustment knob doesn't to anything. The chair was very uncomfortable because of this flaw. I had to remove the chair from the base and install it on the base of my old chair to make it usable.

Have had this chair now for 3 years. I work from home anywhere from 40-70 hrs a week in this chair and it has held up with no issues. I did replace the wheels with rubber wheels (inexpensive) meant for hardwood after 6 months as the originals were damaging my floor and didn’t want a rug or mat. Highly recommend.

The green adds a perfect pop of color to my home office. This chair is so much nicer and comfier than your typical desk chair. It's beautiful, but after using it for several months it seems like the seat padding has already worn down a bit

I loved this chair when I first got it and still do, but the bearings in the wheels started to fall out after four months, and no return or replacement of the chair because it has been over the 90-day return policy. I use a chair mat. Not good when the chair runs around $300 to purchase.

The chair looks good. It was used 5 days a week and about 5 hours a day. After 5 months the seat became very uncomfortable. It was already too late to reach out to the manufacturer for a warranty claim as it was outside the 90 day period.

The fabric is nice but does not appear as if it will hold up long term for the price point

It is really comfortable and it even ever so slightly reclines a bit. It's also got adjustable height which is nice. It is so comfy, I love it.

I've spent my last two weeks at work using this as my new desk chair. I have to say I'm surprised at how comfortable it is! The casters and five legs offer stability. The light grey fabric we chose has a subtle weave to create a sort of pattern and I like the rocking and swiveling features a green deal. It also tucks under my work-from-home desk to open up our sunroom for family use once the workdat ends.

Very comfy and great size

This was really easy to put together, the box actually came looking like a chair already, and all I had to do was screw the base on. This chair is just what I needed. I like to sit cross legged and the chair is wide enough for me to do that(I am fairly petite anyway but most regular chairs don't really let that work). My ONLY complaint is that the bottom cushion does seem like it is already flattening a teeny bit and I've only had it for about a month. but still super comfy back and arms.
