MIRRORED VANITY CHEST , EXQUISITE LOOKING JUST WISH IT CAME IN A LITLE BIGGER SIZE

I received the package timely but when unboxed it was the incorrect vanity it was gray and not white as ordered. I attempted to initiate a return but this item is not eligible for return. I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service. Pretty disappointed overall.

I love this vanity. I remodeled the powder room and was able to add this vanity which provided extra storage.

It showed up with the top cracked. Trying to now resolve with Wayfair

Sturdy and pretty

So far, not impressed. Waited months to order this for my powder room renovation. The vanity was very broken on arrival despite outside packaging appearing fine. Sink had completely detached from the countertop. Multiple big cracks through the marble. Some cracking paint seams lower in the cabinet. Called Wayfair immediately to report the issue. After viewing photos of the broken vanity, Wayfair customer service ordered a replacement for me. Good customer service. 12 days later, Im still waiting for the replacement to ship. At this rate, Im going to have to reschedule my contractor and my bathroom project is on hold. Disappointing experience overall. Be sure to check your vanity as soon as it is delivered.

Love this piece for an updated bathroom. Quite elegant and functional with the bottom drawer. Love it!

Arrived broken. Unfortunately it arrived with a broken corner. Fortunately, customer service paid the cost of repair at a countertop store and gave me a gift certificate for my trouble. The marble is gorgeous, and the drawer is very handy.

The marble top was cracked in a couple of places. I called Wayfair a week ago to get the replacement vanity and they said someone would contact me for resolution. No one has contacted me. My contractor cannot move forward until I get a new vanity. Poor service. Please contact me.

The item arrived extremely well packed with absolutely no damage. There was even a small gift packed and included. The quality actually exceeded my expectations. The soft close hinges and door slides add a higher-end touch. Very satisfied.
