This are a great all purpose tweezer for the cold or hot side. Keeps your hands clean and lets you get to precision when plating and getting items from bottom of containers and jars too or taking items off of plates and you don't have to "paw" over them and disturb too much. Like them a lot.

For perfect plating of flowers and delicate items our team uses the Mercer M35134 6 1/8" Curved Precision / Plating Tongs. They are little more tedious but it makes it easy to plate flowers and delicate items. The only issue with using tongs is that it drastically slows the plating time. I bought this for cooking bacon and it's proven to be perfect. Traditional tongs just aren't accurate enough to grab the corners and flip like wanted. They are heavy and strong. I'd suggest them to anyone who ever asked.

The stainless steel on this Mercer M35131 Offset Precision / Plating Tongs - 9 3/8" is thick and sturdy. I wish the tongs were a bit finer especially the top.

I don't have much occasion for fancy/delicate platings, but when I do, these are the tweezers I reach for. Great for micro greens, flowers, and other delicate applications. The offset tip aids in getting a good angle without having to have the tweezers totally perpendicular to the plate. A great addition to any food stylist's kit.

These over sized tongs are perfect for placing delicate garnishes on a plate. They are heavy duty. They are easier to control than some other tongs I have had in the past. Highly recommend.
