Beauty, quality & simplicity in my Meridian Gazebo

I have to say that my Yardistry Meridian Gazebo has exceeded all of my expectations. It is a quality product that was not too difficult to assemble and is very beautiful. It’s substantial, sturdy & in my opinion a thoughtful & strong design. Paired with our Yardistry mosquito netting is a beautiful addition to our outdoor living area.

I was a bit unsure about getting this since assembly stuff usually doesn t fit right, but this was a total win. The cedar was cut perfectly and everything fit like a glove. I mostly put it together myself, but had some help with the framing and roof. It s super sturdy and looks amazing. Even my neighbors have come over to check it out. We re really happy with it!

Great build quality

I got this for my backyard to go with my outdoor kitchen and grill. I'm super happy with the quality it's made of solid wood, strong fasteners, and a metal roof. It took a bit of time to put together (I mostly did it on my own with my wife and sons helping to lift the heavy stuff), but it was pretty easy to assemble. Everything fit perfectly and it's really sturdy.

We love it!

We bought this gazebo 3 years ago and love it! We sit out under it in all kinds of weather. We especially enjoy sitting out there in the rain, when all the neighbors have to go inside, we just enjoy the sound of the rain and watch the wildlife. We also have added a grilling pavilion this last fall, my husband loves grilling and this keeps him in the shade and out of the rain whenever he's cooking!

Meridian Gazebo

Gazebo was ordered online and delivered within 48 hours. Delivery driver carted the pallet with packages down my driveway into my garage. Instructions are very good. We are not "super handy" people, but have patience and determination.

Beautiful gazebo.. the plastic film was awful.

The gazebo itself is beautiful. The ease of installation was ok. The biggest flaw the company made was applying plastic film to the steel. Both side of the steel was covered in a film that took 4 hours to remove. On top of the time it took to remove my hands were covered in cuts and it wore the skin off my knuckles. The materials used were great, the hardware was good quality. Overall the finished product is beautiful. I would of given 5stars if it weren’t for the plastic film.

Extremely satified

We are very satisfied. Quality n price is as expected. We bought it on special at a compétitive price n we are extremly satified. price quality n easy to put together. A sugestion, watch yardistry videos very important for exemple what to do n not to do. We used this Gazebo as car port for us it was a must after 3 tempo crashin on our car we decided to have something solid n sturdy. We ancheredit wit patte d'elephant 6x6 n solidified it with a 4x4 inside the 4 poles. Thus concept is easy to put together with 4 adults or 3 very tall ones. Ps: do not put the roof on a very windy day, if you do then you need at keat 2 more person to hold on the panel.

Awesome Product

Assembling this gazebo is a process. Take your time. Do it right. Be organized. Follow the steps and the finished product will be worth it. This gazebo is solid and isn't going anywhere. My wife organized all the screws, bolts and washers for each step into plastic bags and labelled them so when the instructions called for them they were easy to located. I am not handy nor mechanical... I let my wife be the brains of the operation and I am just the hired help and it worked out great. I found somewhere on the internet that with a "crew" (which I assume means 4 people who know what they are doing) the gazebo would take approximately 12 hours to assemble. My wife and I worked on it each evening after I got off work for a couple hours and only added a couple helpers to put up the posts/beams and to get the roof on the structure. All-in I figure we were at it for 22 hours. The finished product is amazing and we couldnt be happier.

Gazebo

Great Gazebo looks good strong and sturdy, installation time is long as you need to make sure it is put together properly, if not your end result will not fit. Took me 4 days to put together slowly and you need 4 people to help assemble the roof system. I gave it 4 stars as I have a small leak in the roof system assuming the panels are not lined up evenly. I would suggest applying a bead of silicone along the roof seams then screwing them together to get a water tight fit

Great product. Requires lots of patience.

This is a great product. Everything fit well during install and all the hardware and instructions were accurate. Only complaint is that the roof metal sheets and every piece of trim is covered on both sides with a baked on plastic film. It took longer to peel the plastic off than to assemble everything else. Very frustrating. I’m certain there’s a better way to package that stuff for shipment. Plan for an extra 4-5 hours to peel plastic. Other than that it’s a great purchase.

Stunning

What a stunning addition to my back yard. The build went decently but it certainly came in helpful with 2 extra people when installing the roof panels. There was nothing missing in the kit and the quality is incredible. Didn’t have much fun removing the film off of the panels which took more than a few hours. Fantastic investment.

Great gazebo

We were shopping for gazebo for some time and carefully and patiently choose a size, material and quality. Originally we were going to buy Cordova by Backyard Discovery but it's so expensive in Canada versus USA and decided to by Yardistry 11x13 .I tell you; great choice we made.

Product is good but...

I am a renovator/medium contractor. I built a deck for these clients and the homeowner decided to hire me to build or put together a gazebo for him. He asked if I had any recommendations for a product. I exclusively use home depot for everything construction related so I began to browse their website. I liked the look of this product so I suggested we give it a try. It came promptly and everything was going ahead smoothly until... When it came time to install the sheet metal we discovered that both sides of each piece were covered with a very ignorant plastic film that needed to be removed.. I priced this assembly to be a one day job for my helper and myself. We were well on track to keep that goal until we had to spend 2 hours removing the very stubborn film. We tried to cool the panels down with the hose but it didn't help much. Anyway, our one day job will now include a second partial day. Time is money and this product cost me and my helper 2 extra hours. I can't believe there aren't more comments about this film. Product is good but il hesitate to purchase or suggest clients purchase it. I just don't have the patience to peel off a sticky film for 2 hours eveeytime I assemble a gazebo. Sorry.

Impressed

I have had this Gazebo for almost a year and waited to write a review so I can see how it dealt with our Canadian winter. I am super impressed with it. There was no bending or drooping at all when getting snow covered. This thing held up like a champ. Everyone who comes over says they want this gazebo as it looks great. Took a bit of time putting it together but it was well worth it. Finally a great gazebo without the fear of it buckling under the canadian winter.

Engineering sealed drawings required!!

BUYER BEWARE! The local City of Kelowna permit office requires "engineering sealed drawings" to install and permit any Yardistry (or similar) gazebo that is over 100 m2 or any structure that has a roof such as this one. These are not openly available on Yardistry's website for its customers across Canada to enable permitting. To sell them in various jurisdictions across Canada, presumably Home Depot has copies of such engineered-approved and stamped documents, to ensure they adhere to Canadian Building Code, but these do not appear in their website, nor any mention that they are available upon customer request. This major issue needs to be addressed for all who are purchasing these Yardistry products to ensure they are safe and approved for customeres across the jurisdictions that they are being sold in!

Get them while they are still available!

Overall, I have to give this kit 5-star. The component quality and final assembly results came out just like the picture. The only deviation was that the color was a bit lighter than shown but worked out okay.

Well Engineered. Quick Assembly. Looks great.

Was a little bit of a challenge to order as inventory seems very limited. Once the order was placed the kit arrived i good time in 3 large boxes which were well packaged. I found the pieces to be good quality with no blemishes. The assembly manual is well done but I would recommend everyone watch the assembly video for further clarification. The engineering is excellent and the kit assembled quickly. You absolutely have to have 3-4 people to do the final assembly and install the roof panels. We jury rigged a deadman pole to support the roof panels during installation which helped greatly. The final product looks great and I would recommend this gazebo to anybody.

Excellent Addition to our Outdoor Living

I bought this Pavilion recently and I am very happy with it.

Best Ever

We purchased the pavilion a year before Hurricane Harvey hit. The construction Manuel states on first page, patience, lots of patience. That being said, I took my time (3 days) to get it set up and anchored to the concrete deck. We throughly enjoy the structure. Then Hurricane Harvey hit with the eye of the storm going directly over our home. I can honestly say, as we were driving back into Rockport, I knew along with the loss of trees and possibly our home, the pavilion would be destroyed. As we drove in, to much amazement, the pavilion was still standing. Some slight damage to the aluminum roof from broken branches and a few minor abrasions from flying debris, but otherwise well intact and solid. I highly recommend this pavilion and as if today, she stands solid exactly where we mounted her just before Harvey.
