The chair is fine. It unfortunately looks a little like the corner to a sectional so from a style perspective it is a little bit of a let down. But it is comfy and adequate.
The ottoman arrived with black marks all over sides and top cushion. I’ve contacted customer service a week ago still waiting on a reply

Nice, comfortable and very pretty in my space, BUT the arms crunch and crack when you lean on them or put weight on them with your elbow!! I'd be very curious to see what the arms are actually made of because its a little scary. Shipping was a nightmare.

The matching sofa will arrive this week, I received the ottoman first. I love the color, its not a super dark navy. Its very plush and super comfortable, makes me excited for the couch.
I love this sofa corner its plushy, super comfy & cute I used it for my reading corner and added some throw pillows I got from another place ... it’s pretty nice for the price I just hope it last a good while.
