The seller sent me absolute garbage! They sent me a severely damaged product. The fabric was dirty with dirt fingerprints and a yellow stain. The hardware was bent, the nail screw holes were damaged. The legs were missing. I am so disappointed in the seller. I unboxed everything, dragged it to the second floor of my home to find out I had to return everything and drag everything back down the stairs. Complete waste of time to pay $500 for a twin bed!

And when I called for a replacement the representative along with the supervisor Completely gave me the run around about my order that should have been delivered... honestly it’s not worth the headache ...

LOVE this bed! Bought this bed before our big move and it came just in time. It came in three separate boxes. No issues other than some of the holes for the headboard and footboard were a bit difficult to screw nails into. We eventually figured it out :) I had the bed for three weeks now and it is very sturdy, doesn't make noises when getting into it and the cream headboard is durable/easy to clean!

love this bed! beautiful and great quality except the headboard came with a stain on it. i reached out to houzz and i have not yet received the replacement but they have been very helpful and accommodating so far.

It was more beautiful in person. Each section of the bed was packaged separately, so they didn’t have the potential to be damaged from a part that was heavier than other parts. The color, style, and quality was AMAZING, absolutely love this bed

Looks beautiful in my space. It took me less than an hour to assemble. Easier than a Target desk to build. Only downside was the shipping was delayed, so my order did not arrive on my scheduled delivery data. I did not receive a courtesy call from the shipping company, so luckily I called myself to reschedule the delivery date.

Exactly what I wanted and expected

The bed looks amazing but one of the sides is very dirty in one corner and even after washing it with soap and water and a sponge it did not come off completely in the fabric has a small tear from being dragged on the pavement I’m guessing where the dirt is coming from. for now we are using it without the legs and without the slates in the baby room. mattress is directly on the floor and we used old crib rails that fit snug between the frame and mattress. we had to remove the wood borders where the slats go Also there was free delivery but it did take a while. the bed is altogether gorgeous

Great bed! Works great without a box spring. Little on the low side if you don't have a box spring, but I like that. When you receive the package the gold legs are in the zipper pouch on the back left side of the headboard! I almost had a panic attack that they weren't included, but thankfully remembered to check there. Hopefully, this is a helpful reminder to someone else like me. Please excuse the mess in the photo, I'm still unpacking from my move.
