Very nice grill!

This is a very nice grill! The bright red color is fantastic. We've already used it to grill out even in December in Wisconsin. It's small and compact, which is perfect for our garage storage space. It cooks evenly and nicely. It wasn't hard to put together, it took 2 people maybe 90 minutes to do it, and we put it right to use! Last cookout of the year for 2024 and a great dinner!

Good grill overall. A couple

Good grill overall. A couple small things kept me from giving a 5 star. My husband had to put washer on the pull up side trays as it was flimsy and would fall down. This helped to keep it from falling down as others have remarked in other reviews. The only other thing is I already have rust on the bottom screw after a couple days outside. Granted it is not under a covering but I bought stainless steel grill and I guess the screws are not.

This doesn’t connect to anything because there’s no app

So I’m going to be completely honest. Do not get this for the “technology” aspect. There’s no way to connect it to anything because they DO NOT have an app. We’ve emailed customer service and they pretty much said tough luck. So if you’re looking for 1 good service look elsewhere and 2 one capable of what this says allllso look elsewhere. I wanted to love this and I’m so annoyed I spent extra on a feature that we can’t even use

Actually arrived early which was a pleasant surprise. The packaging was intact and goods inside in perfect condition.

Good grill not great

Designed in America. I wanted to buy an American made grill because I don’t want my money going to China. This grill has “Made in China” clearly written on the box. Apparently only the larger and more expensive grills are made in the US. Oh well, at least I am supporting an American company. It’s a good grill, not a great grill. I don’t like the way the burner covers just sit over the burners with little to hold them in place. They rattle as the grill is moved or cleaned. I expected a bit more for a $300 grill.

Mesa 400 | Stainless Gas Grill

I bought the grill directly from Monument and they shipped it quickly and with free shipping. It was easy to assemble and looks great. I have cooked Steaks, Burgers and Ahi Tuna on it so far and it did a great job on each

Very happy with the purchase

Like it a lot it is very good. Product was packaged well and likely impossible to damage in shipping. Assembly instructions were well written easy to follow. I especially like the pre-placement of some screws to make assembly faster. Love the color and size of the grill. 2 burners are enough. Grill gets very hot for searing and works well if you want one side hot and the other cooler. I have used it several times and like it a lot. Several neighbors also commented about how nice it looks. My favorite feature is the window to see how your steak is cooking which makes cooking easier because you don’t need to open it and loose the heat.

FREE COVER AND DRY RUB !

I purchased a Mesa 200S on 8/21/2024 and received it on 8/23/2024 so fast shipping. The grill was all package nicely all in one box. Took about one hour to unpack and assemble. Overall, it's about average as far as build quality. You do get some cool lighted knobs and a bottle opener on left side, but no catch can for the caps so that's a failure. The propane hose is a little short if you add a gauge doable but tight. I have cooked on it twice a couple ribeye's no issues. The drip pans work well. I lined them with foil so that should be easy to maintain. It does what I need it to do grill a steak or cook a roast or chicken. So, over all its average and if you can get it on sale all the better. Now what I am unhappy with is in my opinion the false advertising by way of (hot sale price and pictures of free cover and dry rub). Now I might have missed the fine print somewhere as it was late evening and past my bedtime. I did send an email, and the reply back was I did not pay for those items. Here is exact reply. I check your order; you don't buy cover and dry rubs. So, there you go that's my buying experience with Monument Gills.

Quality through and through

Well designed, sturdy, looks like it will last. Instruction were VERY clear, went together quickly. Love the removable bottom tray, down the road will be easy to replace. Less BTUs than I am used to, but because of the burner positioning, cooks as fast as my older big grill did. GREAT value for the money.

Don’t hesitate…Purchase NOW

Wonderful grill! I was able to put this together with minimal assistance. The biggest challenge was the attachment of the pieces which support the side shelves. I wish those shelves were more supportive when moving the grill from one location to another. Besides that, most importantly, I’m pleased to report that the grill cooks great!!

Well built

This grill is beautiful, well built and heats up quickly. Assembly was simple and all parts were nicely packed. It grilled our steaks and street corn to perfection. I highly recommend this grill.

Decent little grill

Grill size overall is compact, and the grilling area is great for my single life. It arrived very quickly in a tight, well packaged box. It was pretty easy to assemble. The grill window is a nice feature. The LED lit gas knobs look nice, especially at night, but is more of a gimmick than anything. While the thin metal side shelves are extremely lightweight, the outer panels of these shelves are made from cheap plastic. The entire grill is metal but it was decided or engineered to go cheap with the thin metal shelves but go even cheaper and place large plastic end caps on the side shelves, so that is disappointing and concerning. The wheels are also plastic. A grill should be all metal, top to bottom. Aside from that at this point it’s a grill. Lastly, my purchase included the grill cover which was shipped separately from the grill. It took (2 emails and 2 phone call later) 22 days for me to get the cover. It seems even though a shipping label was printed out for it, the cover never left the warehouse. Please, Monument Grills…follow thru and throughly track your customers packages.

Great little grill

I read reviews from others an decided this was the grill I wanted. It was so easy to put together! I'm a 70 yr old female, I moved the box by myself, and it took me a little over 2 hours to put it together :)

Beautiful Grill!

Beautiful grill! Heats quickly and evenly and cooks like a dream! I got it as a gift for my husband's birthday and he loves it. He even named her Grillzelda! I'm looking forward to many years of delicious outdoor meals with our Mesa 200. Thanks!

Easy to assemble. Was grilling within an hour after it was delivered. Its a fun color ... we call it our "R2D2 Grill". Love that you can look on to the grill without opening the top and letting that heat disappear. The LED lights for the knobs are a nice convenience in knowing at a glance if the burners are on, and which ones are on.

Super easy to assemble. Took me less than a hour. All the parts fit together perfectly. This turned out to be the perfect grill for just my wife and I. Fits our small back porch without taking up a lot of room. I would definitely recommend this grill if you need one with a small footprint but with great features.

OMG... Amazing Grill.

Ive been grilling all my life. I used to think Weber made the best grill.... No more. This Monument Grills is incredible. There was a decent amount of assembly but the instructions were very clear. Hands down the best grill I have ever used. The glass panel is Life Changing!!! I will never buy a different brand again. The quality of this thing is amazing. If you are considering buying this... well thing no more. BUY IT!! You will love it too.

Very Happy

This is a great grill. It came very well packaged, had good instructions, and was no problem to assemble even though it was the first grill I ever put together. I have used it several times with a variety of foods and had excellent results. I would definitely recommend it.

Do NOT Purchase the Mesa 200S

I thought this would be the perfect compact grill for the two of us. The pictures looked good, but were deceiving. Another flimsy made in a China factory product. Arrived with unusable damaged handle for bottom front door. They sent me a new handle after I contacted them. The side panels to sit your food on are so flimsy and do not lock easily. We have to play with the side panels every time we use them. Very annoying! Why bother having side panels at all if you are going to install flimsy metal. Have had a problem with trying to get the grill to heat above 300 degrees since it arrived. Have reset the regulator three times but still will not heat above 300 degrees. I have checked and the tubing is not leaking. I have a lot of experience with grills. Last one lasted us 20 years and I should have kept it instead of downgrading to this China mishap. Contacted customer service again the other day. I let them know the grill will not heat up over 300 degrees. Received an email response stating how I should "sit back and relax, your order will be there in no time! We’ve got some good news – we’ve labeled and shipped out your order! The shipping carrier and tracking number for your order is: ".... They sent me an old tracking number for the handle which was delivered May 6, 2024!! Seriously, I am so disappointed purchase. Think twice before ordering this grill.

Nice Grill

Grill is pretty solid and is beautiful. Will be used for years to come. Gave 3 stars because I ordered a natural gas grill, but had to spend an extra $100 for natural gas kit and wait a week after I received the grill and then had to remove the propane fittings before I could use the grill. For that much money, if you order a natural gas grill, I would expect a natural gas grill, that has all the parts and pieces without paying more, waiting and modifying to use!
