The item didnt fit and could not be returned. There was no notification on the detail page, but i couldnt return it. I wouldnt buy it if i knew it can not be returned. Very bad customer service

The faucet is great, but 2 pieces at the drain (that came with it) broke after a couple of years leading to hundreds of dollars in repairs.

Well built faucet with swivel spout

This is a really nice faucet. Feels very solid and I was pleasantly surprised that the spout can swivel. The craftsmanship is superb. Definitely worth the asking price.

This faucet is perfect in every way. The height makes it easy to get under with a humidifier, watering can, or just to fill a cup of rinsewater. The side handle is a much easier reach for small children. It is very well made, and it is undeniably beautiful by virtue of having clean simple lines.

I love this faucet. It swivels, easy to clean, and is the perfect height for my vessel sink, which is 5 inches tall and 13 inches diameter. I was lucky enough to buy this through the Home Essentials Direct warehouse deal for $95. They said it may have scratches but it looked brand new, the finish was perfect with no scratches on it. The water doesn't hit the center of my sink when turn on low but it does when on full. I did not use the drain that comes with the faucet, I bought a pop up drain.

Hansgrohe is a name brand for a reason: it's well built and durable. We replaced a very "pretty" but ultimately frustrating faucet in two bathroom sinks. Sometimes pretty isn't worth it when there's no clear "off" and you end up with annoying leaks! This faucet is highly functional: clear on and off, and adjusts temperature perfectly. I would note that it's made for a right-handed person -- the lever is on the right side only and might be awkward for a leftie. Quality is worth the money spent.
