Poor Quality Carpet

This carpet never stopped leaching fuzz balls causing us to have to rake the carpet before vaccuuming and then unjamming the vaccuum after attempting to clean the remainder up. Unfortunately, Lowes would not honor our return.

This rug is perfect for our baby girls nursery. It's not overly pink and I haven't noticed any shedding. It's a very heavy and well made rug!

It’s pretty perfect but may not be exactly straight. Will have to let it settle a bit to be sure. but color, weave, height of the pile are all impressively as depicted on your site.

Terrible quality!

Do not buy this rug! There is some kind of smell in the carpet that has our dog scratching at it. I cannot recommend this rug. I would very much like to return both of them. I am very disappointed and would like to return them both!

Very pretty rug

I bought the runner version of this rug mostly because it was one of the few runners I could find that was long enough for my hall at a price that wasn't absurd in a pattern that I liked. The rug is beautiful. The colors were true to the picture - maybe a bit more muted - but very pretty. The transitional style was very easy to work with and the quality was great. The rug held up incredibly well for years and years in a high traffic area. Always got tons of compliments on it too!

So-so runner, excellent area rugs

While I've been very pleased with three other carpets I've bought from this seller, the quality of this fourth one (a runner) is not as good. The surface texture is rather rough on bare feet in the hallway and a little bumpy. Even a couple of weeks after laying down, it's still not flat on the ends. The living room rug I bought and the scatter rugs were excellent, though.

Beautiful rug! The colors were great, just as pictured! It can be hard to tell from pictures but this one was well represented by the pictures online. We love it in our family room.

Gorgeous! Beautiful wool; feels great underfoot. Slightly darker than photos which I was happy as using at back door. More grey than photos which look blue grey. Beige/brown tones look fantastic with my ornate gold mirror, pine desk and dark brown hardwood floors.

This is a really beautiful rug, well woven and thick. I am keeping it, but, the colours do not match the images. It is considerably darker than in the photos. You will see the actual colours in the customers' images. My husband really likes the colours and I will get used to them and it really is a beautiful rug.

Sumptuous runners for each side of bed, and no issue with shedding. (Except from our dog whose bed is tucked under between the two runners:) I especially wanted to comment on the rug background color, which looks somewhat aqua online and is described blue-green in some reviews. This is definitely a medium gray background, not aqua; the gray is soft and warm rather than cool. I hope that helps future purchasers make their choice. I'm delighted by the handsome outline around the olive green flowers and the overall appearance. It did take several weeks for the jute-type smell to dissipate, as the label warned, and now has neutralized.

Beautiful rug!

I'm so happy I purchased this rug. I waited a long time to find the right one. I had a darker rug before this and this one definitely brightened up the room. The colors are slate bluish gray, pinkish tan, burgundy, olive green, cream, rust, dark brown and light blue. I just laid it down and there's no odor. It laid almost flat, as the edges just need to settle down. I love this rug! It's perfect with my furniture and accents.

This rug is simply gorgeous, I have no regrets!!!!

I just purchased the Safavieh Handmade Metro Balbine French Country Floral Wool Rug and I am completely happy with this purchase. The colors are true to the images that are listed on the website, and the rug is truly beautiful and has vibrant colors. One side note concerning this rug is that, since it's made of wool that means that it also shed a lot, but on the flip side it means that it is super soft on your feet or dog paws.
