The rug was very attractive the wool material was short and bristly causing it to be very uncomfortable for floor sitting. Also, it did shed excessively.

Warmth with a bit of color yet neutral presence

I was hesitant to purchase the French Country rug in Ivory/Blue. The color was as I had hoped, mostly ivory with a bit of blue with green undertones and patterns to hide dog fur and future spots (I'm realistic). It brings a warmth to the room yet maintains a neutral presence. It was several inches smaller in each direction than the 9' x 12' ordered.

Took a chance and not disappointed!

Thick and comfy and surprisingly satisfied with this runner. Just enough subtle color in Natural Ivory for my new LVF and not distract from the beauty of the floor. I returned the pad because I didn’t need it. Does slide a little when my dog decides to run past it but small enough it’s not an issue for me. I’ll probably spot clean but expect to have to have it eventually cleaned by a professional since it’s wool.

Pictures do not match

Not even close to the color portrayed in the pictures. We were expecting something close to white/grey and got yellow/tan. Obviously there will be some differences from photos to in person, but this one isn't close. Be especially careful with needing a return, the costs are excessive.

Soft on bare feet, great color, goes perfectly in my bedroom. No odor or excessive shedding! I love this brand and only buy natural wool rugs because they don’t offgas harsh chemicals into your home.

Just what I wanted! Nice cream color. Like other reviews, slight piling noted but can be easily removed from vacuuming. Pretty thick and sturdy carpet.

Love/Hate

I love the look of this rug but it sheds terribly, so much so that it keeps clogging my vacuum so badly that the vacuum stops working. Do not buy this rug!!. I have bought Safavieh rugs in the past, and not had this problem, but this one is awful quality!!

I purchased the Safavieh handmade Metro Olafia French Country wool rug in ivory/blue for my living room. The color and pattern are perfect, coordinates nicely with my furniture. Overall the quality is excellent.
