Beautiful and very solid faucet. Will last for years

Perfect sleek styling found only by Hansgrohe

I originally bought this "sink faucet" for my freestanding soaking tub because of the 9.25" long spout. Unless I had a trough sink setup it would seem inappropriate even though it is a wall mount unit. Since realizing the flow rate is only 2 gallons per minute, I decided to return it. Thankfully I found the "commercial/residential" Hansgrohe wall mount faucet which flows 4 GPM but it is strangely shorter in length. Even so it will still work with my tub and is cheaper. Be aware that these faucets all require a valve and bracket assembly that MUST be purchased separately. Lowes search engine does NOT find these Hansgrohe products adequately or easily.

We decided to invest in faucets for our remodel however very disappointed with the brand. The first one had gashes in the water spout, same with the second replacement and finally the third replacement was perfect. Wayfair customer service gets 10 stars.

Where is the quality?

I originally ordered the Purvida tub fill for our master bath renovation -looks great. I then tried to order the wall mounted faucets but they were discontinued so I ordered two Metropol faucets. The original two faucets were marred, so I ordered replacements and they were marred. I now have 5 faucets at my house that are marred -the defects all appear to be from production not the result of shipping.
