Not quality

Lesson learned - you get what you pay for. Definitely not anywhere near high end. My bad, I didn't see that the shade is plastic. The return label will cost me as much as the product so i guess I'm keeping it. Not the same BBB as it used to be.

Free lamps!

My son loves his lamp. However, the company sent me three lamps instead of just one. And I cant seem to get the stupid computer chat to understand that I want to return two of the lamps that I got for free. It is impossible to get in touch with a human being in order to rectify this situation.

Great product

We have it in one of our guest rooms. A great build quality and has good stability. The previous one that we bought at Walmart/Ikea was cheap though it was quarter the cost, it didn't last long.

Torchiere lamps

I ordered two black-finish torchieres and received one white and one silver. The silver one assembled easily with clear instructions. The white one had a small dent in the base and the stem pieces weren't threaded properly so it was impossible to screw the stem together. The light covers are made of white plastic. These are definitely not high-end, but I'm keeping the undamaged one as an office lamp. I would recommend this to those on a budget but not as a quality piece of furniture decor.

I ordered one lamp, however, they say I ordered two. They are going to try billing me for a black lamp that I didn't order, nor receive. Automated system made it impossible for me to say that, so I'm anticipating further frustration. The one black lamp I did receive was difficult to screw together, but perfect once it was done.

Lightweight but gives good light.

Very lightweight. Be careful. Use on bare floor or thin rug. But gives good light. Not too pretty but practical. Good for kids room or home office.

torcherie lamp

It is what it is for the $ but it's certainly not as rugged as I'd like. Went together very easy and does the job. Could stand to be a bit more sturdier. If you're looking for a quick lamp with dual purpose and don't want to spend a lot of money then this is it.

Quality doesn't match cost.

I was hoping for more -- I don't see any difference in quality compared to the cheap lamps you can pick up everywhere and, at this level of quality, wish I had gone that route instead. It's not priced as a high-end item, but I have higher quality lamps that I've paid less for.

Flimsy, pole is thin and reading light doesn’t hold up on its own. Would recommend spending a little more for a better light.

Great lamp for an area you may need a bright light for reading or crafting while also lighting up a room, you can have one lamp on and the other off. Very easy to put together
