Different color than expected

This is an attractive lamp shade, but when it is lit it is a completely different color. I expected blue and green as advertised, but it is brown when lit. . . . . Also, it is not symmetric all the way around.

Pretty Lampshade

This lampshade is very nice and prettier when turned on to show the light green shades of green. It is a perfect lampshade for my room filled with beachy things and some linens with fishes.
