Very nice chair

Very comfortable and looks expensive. Packaged well and arrived quickly. Good quality for the cost and easy to assemble. Completed assembly in less than 30 minutes. Perfect for my home office.

Really nice chairs! We bought two, gray and chrome. They are very pretty, roll easily across our wood floor, elevate up and down, rotate, and I cannot find a complaint at all about service, packaging, speed of delivery or product. All is tip-top. We had them assembled for us so I cannot comment about assembly.

I purchased because my Wayfair basics chair (which looks identical in the online photos to this chair) broke after 2 years of use. The hydraulics no longer works so I bought this in its place. It certainly felt sturdier at first however the chair is not the same dimensions. Within a few months, the support has completely warn out. Not for everyday use working from home. Esthetically pretty but not practical or functional.

Excellent chair, high back gives super support for your back. The cushioned seat is just the right amount and height adjustment is good for desks. The rocking feature is nice as well, I would buy it again

I wish I wouldn’t have purchased this chair. This chair is not what I thought it would be. I put it together per the directions and 1 of the wheels will not move. Also, it’s not that comfortable. This chair is definitely for looks not comfort ability.

A waste of money! I purchased this chair June 2, 2022. A little over a year later, there is a hole in the seat where one of bolts holding the seat to the base has poked through the faux leather. There is about to be another hole for the same reason. The seat padding has compressed and is not as comfortable as when first purchased. The faux leather at the end of each arm rest has worn away. I wrapped them in cloth tape to keep them from getting worse. In addition, the chair tilts slightly to one side. My previous office chair was a purchase from Office Depot. It last about 20 years, before I purchased this chair as a replacement. Thoroughly disappointed in the quality and durability of this chair. Don't buy it unless you plan on not sitting in it!

The Good Modern and stylish.

October 2023 update currently searching for a new chair. It’s fine for the price I spent but this chair is not comfortable for long working hours. It’s lost nearly all the cushion and there’s limited support.

Chair came quickly! It is a nice chair, very comfy. The assembly was straightforward but doing it alone was a little tricky. Putting the seat back on would be much easier with someone to hold the seat bottom in place while you try to align it and secure the fasteners. But other than that not hard at all. Hopefully it will last a long time. It looks great and I like it a lot!

Uncomfortable. If you are someone who likes to sit cross legged, this is not the char for you. The arms come down very far. They sort of lean in and the come to a semi-sharp point on the sides that makes resting a leg against them painful, not just Uncomfortable. I'll be returning. It's very cute though and if the arms were different, it would be a great chair.

I bought this chair because I thought it looked elegant. I put it together following the instruction only to realize that the chair does NOT raise up! I double checked the assembly instruction and everything was put together right, so this is defective since I cannot adjust the height. I would NOT recommend others buy this. The quality of Wayfair's product has gone down hill.

Returning this chair. Very disappointed with the quality. The "gold" colour was a really awful brassy colour and cheaply sprayed-on, looking plastic and as though it was wearing off already. The holes that the armrests screw into were rusting and the discolouration had transferred onto the faux leather that surrounded the holes. Very poor product. On the plus side, delivery was phenomenally fast.

This was our 2nd time to purchase this chair for our 13yo daughter. The first chair we ordered was damaged (torn material on the arms). Our return was easy with Home Depot. After a few weeks, we decided to order it again. This time the chair wasn’t damaged. She loves the chair! And she put it together.

Despite unclear assembly instruction, assembly was intuitively easy. The material quality is ok (will see what it 's going to look like in a few month). The problem is that it is not comfortable. The manufacturer clearly states about reclining limitation so no issue with this but the position of the back is so uncomfortable. It reminds me some chairs in public places when they want you to get out as soon as your business is done. It's not worth its price for sure.

Love this chair

Love this chair! I about this in March of 2020, as started working from home. It was easy to assemble. I sit in this chair for at least 8 hours a day. It has done me well for the last 2 years. We Are coming on to year 3 and the seat is deflated. I currently use a pillow on my seat. To make it comfy. armrests are warned. It was total money. But as of the 2023 year, the chair will probably be retired to the dumpster. 😭

Nice looking chair and pretty comfortable to sit in. It adjustes up down and you can recline a bit. Gold is yellow gold which is nice and matches my other Wayfair desk perfectly. I put 2 stars because I wouldnt pay 290CADshipping for it again and the reason is quality. Its okay but not amazing. Ive had this chair for almost 6 months now, daily use, and the padding on the bottom is starting to give a bit ( photo attached)so unsure how long that will last. Assembly was easy if you take 2 minutes to pre-read the instructions from start to finish beforehand.
