If I could give it 0 stars I would. Assembling it was pretty easy. First time I sat down into it and put my weight on the back of the chair, the side stitching busted out. Im 185lbs, well below the listed limit. At this price point, I didnt expect the chair to last me too terribly long. But I figured Id get more than 1 use outta it. Cheap piece of garbage.

Wrong chair was originally shipped, but correct chair was shipped and arrived a few days later. Easy to assemble, but the black mesh backing started to pull out from the chair after 3-4 uses. The black mesh is held in place by a rubber gasket material, so when I lean back in the chair, the gasket does not hold in place. I am 175 lbs so well under the weight limit listed for the chair. Very disappointing.

Supportive and Comfortable

I opted for this type office chair because I was sick of the peeling that seems to happen with the leather type office chairs. This chair does not disappoint. It went together very easily and all tools and hardware were provided. It wheels around smoothly. The fabric seems durable. The chair has a thick cushion but is firm enough to provide great support. The back fabric allows your skin to breath while providing adequate support as well. The only con is that the arm rests are not cushioned at all. I am very pleased with this product overall.

Happy Virtual Student

We are completely satisfied with this chair for our 9 yr old using for Virtual school. Compared to what we have invested in Gaming Chair, I was concerned that it may not pass his approval. (He also has Sensory Issues) I was also excited that it arrived a day ahead of schedule!! Especially because I waited too late to order for the 1st day of school.

Get what you pay for

Silly me, thinking the Corona "work from home" situation would only be a month or two. Got this chair in a pinch on the cheap for those few weeks I planned on working from home. Well, we're 5 months in, and I'm still sitting here. The cushion is very thin (I've had to add a pillow under me to be able to sit all day. The mesh backing has lost its taughtness and now the plastic backing at the bottom of the backrest digs into my lumbar. It's fine for a spare room, once in a while sit...but don't subject yourself to a full work week in it.

This chair was a great buy for my quarantine home office. It was fairly easy to put together although a little awkward at times. Would have been much easier with another set if hands. The chair is comfortable enough and the up and down mechanism works well. My only draw back is that the arms are not adjustable. I need the seat almost all the way up so when I get up and try to push my chair under my desk it won’t fit, which is a shame since my desk is in fairly tight quarters.

Lasted 3 months

Was a nice comfortable chair, at first. Seat was relatively comfortable, pretty easy to put together. We've had the chair for about 3 months now and the hydraulic is failing already. Sometimes it stays up, but will eventually fall to the lowest it goes. Really wish we would have gotten more than 3 months of use before having to replace.

No wheels

The box did not contain the wheels for the chair. As the box was heavy and unwieldy to return I ordered casters from another well known website that I used, but that cost me extra. I needed help holding pieces together to assemble. I wish I had gotten one with adjustable arms but that's my fault. Not sure how long this chair will last but it's better than what I had.

Poor Quality and False Product Description

This chair is very poor quality and it is missing features it claims to have. The product description claims it has a tilt lock and a tilt tension mechanism (which implies this chair can in fact recline) but it does not have either of these features and is not actually capable of reclining at all. It also claims to have lumbar support but the mesh backing is so loose and flimsy it is virtually nonexistent. After using it for a few days of working from home I’m already getting back pain. This chair is just all around cheap construction and overall a disappointment, I’ll be looking for a replacement elsewhere.

Seat Back WAY too Short

The back is way too short. I am average height (5'10) and the top of the seatback barely comes to the bottom of my shoulder blades. The causes my back to be completely supported by the top bar and not the mesh at all so it is extremely uncomfortable. Seat is decently comfortable and the arm rests are an appropriate height. However I will be returning ASAP.

Great Office Chair for Working Remotely

I needed an office chair because I now work at home due to the pandemic. Office chairs were either sold out or not being delivered for another 3 weeks. This was the only office chair that could be delivered in 2 days and it was listed at a reasonable price. I was able to assemble the chair with no problem. I'm 5'4" tall and weigh about 135 pounds, so I fit the chair very comfortably. The back support is excellent. I use a Comfilife seat cushion on top of the seat because the chair seat is just ok in comfort. I highly recommend this chair if you are not too big, need a chair delivered fast and want an office chair at a cheap price.

Not happy

Very disapointed that the description said adjustable tilt on reclining but it does not. “You can raise and lower the seat using the pneumatic seat height adjustment lever, which is conveniently located under the seat. It also includes a tilt tension adjustment knob to increase or decrease the amount of force needed to rock or recline. It also includes a tilt lock mechanism that locks the seat in place throughout the day.

Too many things wrong

The chair is ok. Easy to put together and the height was perfect. However the arm rest does not adjust and the seat cushion is not so thick. I know it will get flat after a few weeks of daily usage. The back also is too far to the back and requires a lumbar support to allow you to sit at 90*. I was disappointed but for the price I guess you pay for what you get. I will have to return it for a more expensive one.

Extremely Pleased

Amazingly comfortable. And fast delivery. Needed better desk chair for COVID working at home situation. After 4 days of misery with my old chair, this one is super. I'm short 5'3'--and 135 lbs. It fits perfectly for lumbar support. Assembly took about 20 minutes for 75 yo gramma to do. The lift mechanism works smoothly and chair holds elevated position - no wobbling.

Nice chair turns into a disaster

Today 2/2/2020. This chair WAS great when I bought it maybe 6 months ago, comfy at my computer though I used a cushion to sit on. Today I was sitting as usual watching youtube I leaned slightly back and one of the chair legs snapped off just above the castor sending me backwards. Lucky for me I did not get seriously hurt by the hard sharp table in back of me. The plastic broke leaving very jagged edges, the castor was still in the plastic leg part that broke off. Because of this I am sadly not recommending this as a safe chair and feel the manufacture should reinforce the legs with sturdy metal instead of plastic.

Does NOT have tilt tension control

No tilt adjustment. I'm looking at the description right now. "Locking tilt control mechanism. Tilt tension control. ... The black computer chair also has... locking tilt mechanism..."

short term chair

It seems like this chair was built only to last for the amount of time the warranty last... 2 years. I notice the seat was tilted forward making it hard for me to stay on the seat. I had to tighten my abs to try to keep my backside on the chair. It's good for the abs but if i wanted to workout i would have purchased a balancing ball. At first it was very slight tilt but it started to get worst. I thought maybe a screw came loose when i turned over the chair i notice that the metal piece welded to the seat of the chair broke, but not enough to cause the chair to fall apart completely. If you're looking for a chair to last 1 1/2 to 2 years (short term) then this is the chair for you. I rated a three cause it was a comfortable chair while it lasted.

Comfort and quality

I have had this chair for over a month and still can't believe I made such a great purchase without trying it out first. I have a bad back that once bothered me after sitting a few minutes in my old chair. Now I don't just check my emails and leave; I spend time playing games and chatting with friends. I can forget about my back for a while. It's wonderful. The back of the chair has great support, and the height can be adjusted quickly. Obviously, I am delighted with this purchase.

Well.....

Purchased this based on others reviews. Assembly not bad, chair looked nice. HOWEVER, upon using for a few hours an evening for about 4 days, I began having back pain in my lower back area, on both sides of my lower spine. The back of this IS NOT ADJUSTABLE (up/down), so the back hits you where it hits you (and our bodies aren't all alike). The metal frame that forms the mesh back does not join into one piece across the bottom (this is how it comes already together), it curves around & has 2 metal rod ends that kind of poke outward slightly, & you guessed it, hit me right in the lower back where I was experiencing the pain. No way to adjust my way out of it, I depend on lower back/lumbar support when I set in chair, working at my home computer. But with my body shape/size (female, 200 lbs), I knew even after giving a good college try, this chair was not for me. Hope it works for others, apparently it does,
