Beautiful, but didn't last
These chairs are beautiful. If you asked me 3 years ago, I would have given 5/5 starts. Of the two sets we purchased, 3 of 4 chairs were damaged. Overstock remediated and sent replacements. Fast forward about 3 years later, and 3 of four chairs have broken. We have young kids that sit 'correct enough' and do not have any large family members or friends. I'm not sure if it was construction or quality of wood, but of the three that broke, 2 may be repairable, the 3rd is completely busted (again, with normal use). If you have a dining area that isn't regularly used, they may last longer. Ours is used daily. Sad, because it is a beautiful chair. I would expect them to last longer than 3 years.
We love the chairs. They are exactly what we were looking for to go with our Moe’s Collection table. They are comfortable and stylish.

Very pretty chairs
I had seen this chair on other websites and after much research I found that it was the same supplier everywhere and Lumens had the best price. Lumens customer service was flawless and the chairs shipped faster than expected. Giving it 4 stars because there are a few small finishing issues here and there - some small chips on the legs, some leftover glue spots, a couple of stains on the fabric (that came out with water) but nothing we can't live with. They came well packed and even had pads included to protect the floor.
The chairs are not as comfortable as I was expecting. Could do with some more cushioning

This is nice looking chair is very uncomfortable on bottom seat. There is nothing underneath of bottom pad so you sink a little in the seat and a wooden support bar in the back pushes back hip badly!

Waited for 38 years and paid half what we expected!
We have shopped for a padded headboard for over 5 years now and when we found this one we were shocked at the quality for the price paid. We have told numerous friends about you and I used your company as an example in a recent presentation I made regarding "how to make happy customers".
It took almost two months to get my chairs and the chair broke in just couple days.
If I can give no star I will. First the product was not received for almost two months after I ordered it. The chairs were poorly built and one of them broke within a week I received it. My daughter who is less than 100 pounds fell off the chair because one leg broke. It is definitely not a safe chair to sit on .
