It did not stand up to the wind

The first big storm and the tie down straps were ripped right off. It was secured as instructed. I am going to repair it and put it back up because I love it.

Good product for the price

It’s very nice. Light weight easy to hang. Our only thing is it is 6.75 “ wide. I’ve yet to see a pergola that width. So it’s a a good 4 inches narrow on each side but the length is perfect. Drops down 2 “ on each side for blocking the sun. There are a few groomets along the sides for allowing rain to drip through but a few more would be nicer so we didn’t have to un tie it during a good rain so it doesn’t pool. Overall a good product at a great price. Took 1.5 cans of fabric protectant to hopefully keep it from sun fading but even with that the price was good

False advertisement

You simply cannot respond to the consumer to return an item that you have falsely advertised without a valid explanation.. if the canopies are white inside and not as shown then you have violated the advertising regulations. The picture is falsely advertising a product you are not selling.

Blue only on one side, the other just white.

Picture shows blue on both sides, when arrived opened package and to my disappointment only blue on one side, the other side plain white. Very deceiving. I can’t return because I threw out the original one I had thinking I’m getting what I saw in the picture. The material is also very thin, doubt it will last more than one summer.
