Was beautiful and just what I wanted but is too large for my space, Need to return, have ordered the same thing but shorter.

Fed Ex was VERY slow with the delivery!

The seller used Fed Ex to deliver the towel bar. It was delayed in transit for DAYS! I had to check every day to see it was left for 2 days at a time. Even the seller checked and had no clue why it was left for days. It finally arrived 4 days later. Item looks good.

Very pleased with this purchase. It is much nicer quality than what was available at Big Box stores---and the price was good too.

Ordered 2 towel racks for daughter. With overtime at work and the holidays we went over the 30 day return policy. Only wanted to return one but NO help after the 30 days. Really poor service on returns Sad

BEAUTIFUL! Lovely item, I can't tell the difference between this towel bar for $21.00 and others costing $100.00. Adds a bit of bling to my bathroom.

Really cheap quality, but for the price I wouldn't expect more. I bought this because it's exactly the same builder's grade towel bar that was installed throughout my house 20 years ago by the prior owner. We needed to replace a few, and this allowed us to just replace the "chrome" parts without having to make additional holes in the walls.

Just What I Was Looking For

We were getting our house ready to sell after having renters for several years. We needed to replace the towel bar adnd toilet paper holders due to excessive moisture exposure. We were having trouble matching the existing towel bars. Home Depot had just what we were looking for through their catalog and at a price we were willing to pay.
