Fantastic customer service from beginning to end. The bench looks just like the picture online. Compliments already from some friends that stopped by. So easy to attach the legs; took 5 min. Definitely recommend!

I love the platinum color of the bench and it is sturdy. However, I have emailed requesting a new seat cushion. The padding is lopsided one side very thin when sitting on it and raised in other sections making it uncomfortable. I will change my rating if I receive a new cushion.

Great color and constructed solid and easy to assemble. Perfect for small spaces good height to sit and put on your shoes. Would recommend this product.

Nice sturdy attractive stool

This item appears to be very good quality. Very sturdy and a good cushion on top. We returned it only because we had ordered another one from another company that the wood on it matched our furniture better. However I believe this one is better quality than the one that we kept.

We where pleased with the bench, l was expecting a tweed material but we are happy with the material it came as. Material is like a weathered leather look material. It's for our dog to look out the window, so it's perfect for him.

Nice bench. Ordered the platinum colour as a gift. The cushion colour was true to the picture but the frame was darker than I expected from the on line pictures.

Exactly what I wanted! I am a researcher and this bench (quality, color, ease of assembly, sturdiness, size), ordered 2 of them and they fit the bill! Even my husband said he loved them. I was nervous about the condition they’d arrive in from reading other reviews, but we had NO PROBLEMS!

Ordered this for my entry way and it fits perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. However, I only gave it three stars because I received the wrong color. I thought I was ordering the tweed fabric seat and light brown wood. Instead, as you can see pictures, I was sent dark brown wood and a leather top. I contacted customer service and they refunded me 25 for the hassle. I didn’t want to be bothered with taking it apart and returning. So I’ll make it work.

We want a mini gray bench. We got the pebble gray, but the one we got is actually light brown. It doesn’t look like the picture. We requested for exchange, but we got the same brown ish color instead of brown. We didn’t want to bother return and do the whole process again. The bench is okay. Just not the color I wanted.

It is not well made. 2 of the 8 bolt holes didn't line up and had to be basically forced in. The wood around the holes is rough and full of splintered wood. It doesn't sit level on the floor so we'll have to put something under one leg. It's not bad looking but the build quality for the price is terrible.

This bench is perfect for my living room! It has multiple uses such as being an extra place for a person or show children to sit as well a s a foot rest when state on the couch. I own a beach condo and this bench can easily be moved around to accommodate the needs of the families who hang out in the living room. This bench was easy to assemble , is a great color , is comfortable and is lightweight and easy to move around. I would purchase again!

Bought this bench for the mudroom in our new home. Being seniors, we needed something to sit on in order to put our shoes on and off. We were limited on space, yet this bench fit perfect! It has a faux leather top which is easy to maintain, yet is comfortable to sit on. The style fit our craftsman style house perfectly. Great style and quality for the price! Very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend!

Love this bench fits perfect in a small front entrance. The name should be changed tho since the top was not a faux leather but a tweed material. All the tops should be a faux leather if that’s what is advertised in the name!

Nice bench, comfortable and sturdy. I would have given it five stars but I found it a bit challenging to put together - it's not easy to visualize the screw placement for the legs, and it just took a little extra time. I would recommend this bench.

The bench was attractive and well packaged. Unfortunately, the production quality control was poor. Two of the eight bolts to connect the legs could not be inserted because the holes in the leg were misaligned with the holes in the frame. A third bolt could not be installed because the receiver hardware in the frame had no threads to accept the bolt. I reported the deficiency to Wayfair and received a refund, for which I was grateful. My other recent Wayfair orders were all of good quality.

I like this product. It came quickly and packaged well with no damage. It is just what I wanted and needed for my bedroom. I am 81 yrs old and it only took me 30-40 min to assemble it, including opening the box and reading the instructions.

Nice product but when opening delivery box with a straight edge it ended up scoring the top pleathora top. It didn’t cut all the way through but does show. We ended up putting folded clothes to cover the slit/cut. Quite frankly the plethora part should have been packed plethora side down to avoid this.
