Just ordered this and hoping it is 26” as 30” might be a bit big. Thank you for the review and measurement information.

I ordered the six light Sweet Olive chandelier by Lucas and McKearn Lighting. I love the design and the price was fifty percent off the original. I know you may hear a big "But" coming, but the measurements of the size and height of the light online were inaccurate. The light is only 26 inches wide and about 26 inches tall instead of 30 and 31 inches respectively! I bought it to hang above a round table of 56 inches and preferred a light of at least 28 to 30 inches wide. Because I love the light so much, I kept it anyway and may find another spot to hang it. I did try to widen the arms which are moveable to 30 inches wide but then the candles pointed inwardly too much. I did see an older description of the six arm light which described the width of 26 inches. So, perhaps, it is a mistake online and has just not been corrected.

Gorgeous! Perfect in our master bedroom sitting area. It coordinates so well with our floral drapes and accents in the bathroom as well. We love this chandelier so much

5 Stars

Absolutely love this chandelier! I bought the matching sconces too. It required a little assembly when delivered. The arms needed to be adjusted to spread out for 360 degree coverage. Also needed to hang the leaves. Once complete in a few minutes, it was the perfect addition to my bedroom. It would also look perfect above a dining room or breakfast table. Maybe even a great room.

A good rule is to choose a chandelier with a diameter in inches that's the sum of the room's length and width in feet.
