The 9-arm chandelier arrived with one of the arms bent at a 20 degree angle. This was not apparent until after the electrician installed it. Now I have to pay the electrician to come back out to either straighten it out, or take it down to return. Wish the quality control was better.

Just beautiful, simple but elegant.
The chandelier is lovely, but I later found out that I overpaid for it. I found similar lights for hundreds less from reputable dealers. Even Wayfair put it on sale for $130. less one week after I placed the order. Having said that, I do love the way it looks. Easy to assemble and install but definitely a 2-person job.
