Junk!

QVC, huh. This thing didn’t work. Customer service rep was snarky. Quality, NO. Value, NO. Convenience, NO. QVC has definitely gone downhill and I’ve been watching and ordering from day one. I am done with QVC.Will order no more. Quality is awful. QVC is irrelevant and unaffordable.

Great for 'lite' drinkers

Perfect for those that do not drink a lot of coffee. I make one cup in the morning, and that's it. This takes up a fraction of the space a Keurig does (which I used to own) for a fraction of the cost. Takes about 20 seconds to put the water & coffee in. Push the button and it's done before I have the cat's fed. Would definitely purchase again if this ever wears out. .

can't get it too work so i have to go through the trouble to send it back

Worst purchase!

Keeps shutting off when trying to brew one cup, sending back and sucks that I have to pay 6.95 to return a defective product!

Great color! Easy to use. Just plug it in. Love that I can use my own coffee. This AM it was Bustelo. Great robust cup of coffee. Tonight it will be a milder Genvalia thx to Amazon.

Awesome, prompt delivery and everything inside the box is intact. I'm delighted with this purchase. The color is fabulous, matches my toaster and microwave perfect...
