Irritated
If I could rate this a zero stars I would! I ordered the item on April 30 and it was scheduled for delivery May 9 (no show) then it showed May 10 by 10pm (no show). I had to call Walmart once again concerning the delivery issue and I was so irritated about it and the lack of customer service I requested a full refund and that request could take 7-10 business days. Sooooo over it all

Bad product
It cracked the first time I used
Initially I gave the Tea Kettle 5 stars, less than 2 years later one star. There was a terrible smell from the kettle - a chemical smell. I cleaned it thoroughly, but it has made no difference. My guess is that the heat element is burned out.

The Help Center was very helpful when I made a mistake on the address and was able to correct it as well as take care of the refund that they gave me. I have repaid Pinky Tea and will be glad to order from Pinky Tea again. Thank you.

This is a fantastic kettle in the perfect color of pink. It has a large capacity, heats up very quickly and has a handy auto shut off. It's the prettiest kettle I've ever owned. Highly recommend!
